Organization directly deals with the people or customers through its employees that is why more attention is required towards HRD in all types of organization for growth, diversification, improvement, renewal and stabilization (Megginson, 1982). However HRD is a modern concept in contemporary period. This paper contributes the role of human resource development practices how much significance to sustain in market by the different levels of employees in banking sector.
