Stress is feeling of emotional and physical tension which affects the productivity of employees, in such complex and rapid changing environment it is very necessary for a HR manager to address them and resolve as soon as possible to maintain the positivity and productivity in culture of organization. Work life balance is essential for employees and employers both. It helps employers to retain experienced and talented employees. when employees feel comfortable and satisfied with their work, they feel work as fun not burden. The perceptions of employees as well environment of organization have impact over level of stress and balance of work-life. This project aims to measure the level of stress and prevailing work-life balance among the employees at Fabcurate Private limited in Surat. The study was conducted to know the satisfaction/dis-satisfaction towards organization as well cause of stress of employees of company. The data was collected through questionnaire with sample size of 50 employees of different levels of management of Fabcurate Private Limited in Surat city.
