The R.C.C. building is consists of elements such as column, beams, Slab, Foundation etc. these elements are also referred as load bearing elements of the structure. Though there are mainly two types of load that acts on structure and are dead (DL) and live (LL) loads. The dead load consists of the weight of permanent structure elements such as column; beam whereas the live load consists of weight of moving people, furniture etc. and the wind load and seismic load also act on the structure. This situation may be initiated by an earthquake, interior or exterior explosions and construction activities.
