  Abstract

The propensities to become angry and express anger have been identified as important factors in physical and psychological health in children and adults. (Broman & Jackson-1988 & Kherr & Schineider-2008) . Childhood HTN (hypertension) as a result of interaction of, anger, behavioral disorder, psychiatric disorder, addiction problem and depression has become a widely investigated topic within the last decade due to its increasing prevalence and associated health risk. According to AHA, raised blood pressure is estimated to cause 7.5 million deaths, about 12.5% of the total of all annual deaths. Worldwide studies concluded that anger is a leading cause of childhood HTN. Hypertension exerts a substantial public health burden of cardio- vascular health status and health care systems in India.
