It mainly depends upon the types of industry where the lean concepts were implemented. Different methodologies were prepared according to the problems. It will take a separate time for preparing the methodology for the each industry. In order to reduce the time taken for the preparation of a new methodology each time, we are going to prepare a generalized methodology for the implementation of lean concepts. That is starting from approaching the industry to implementation stage and analyzing the impacts.
