Abstract

Most humans are the replica of someone else opinion, thoughts and ideas, failing to recognize their own self. This condition is apparent in many women though knowledgeable and multifaceted, hesitate to express their inner self due to lack of confidence and fear the society. It�s high time to concede their need, talent and believe they are the better half of the family as well as the society. Competing and co-working with men in all field has become mandatory for today�s women, she must learn to face the challenging roles with gracefulness, confidence and respect her own identity, which is mandatory in the present Era.
