 Abstract

Culture is a word for individuals� lifestyle, which means the way people do things. There are different groups of people who have different cultures. Men do different types of cultural activities using land as agriculture, settlements, trade & transport and commercial use etc.These activities differfrom place to place and nation to nation. Its development depends on the historical procedure functioning in a local, regional or national context. Haridwar district is culturally rich region. It lies in the foothills of Siwalik hills. In this paper an attempt has been made to know the pattern of some cultural activities like land use & land cover and trade and transport. For this secondary data has been collected from different sources then to reach the final result, the data has been analyzed using SPSS.

 Abstract

Abstract The present study traces the concept of inclusive education in schools in the Kerala context. This investigation was undertaken to study the problems faced by the secondary school teachers regarding different aspects of inclusive education.The data for the present investigation were collected from 200 secondary school teachers from Palakkad and Thrissur district of Kerala; with the help of self-developed questionnaire for secondary school teachers. The responses to open ended questions in the questionnaire were interpreted with the help of content-analysis technique.Although, it has been reflected by majority of secondary school teachers that inclusive education is a better alternate for educating special children as compared to special education, but certain problems have been highlighted by the teachers that are acting as hindrances in making inclusive education, a successful venture.The suggestions have also been formulated for making inclusive education more effective.

 Abstract

Abstract The phases of Demographic Dividend of India attract the attention of the policy makers that the increasing labour force must demand employment so the policymakers have to ensure enough employment opportunities for the increasing youth labour forces. Employment is the need of the country without ensuring enough employment opportunities in the economy the vision of development can�t be completed. In the current scenario India is moving towards capital intensive Production instead of traditional labour intensive production so for this improvement in the labour forces i.e. Skill Development is required which can be done by Proper Vocational Education and training. So this paper attempts to analyse the quantitative relationship between the total Enrolment in vocational courses and Total Employment of India using Sample Regression Model with the help of RBI and NSSO data. So we will analyse the Impact of Vocational Education and Training on Employment generation in India.

 Abstract

Rapid development of supercomputers and the prospect of quantum computers are posing increasingly serious threats to the security of communication. Using the principles of quantum cryptography, quantum communication offers provable security of communication and is a promising solution to counter such threats. Quantum cryptography that does not depend on the computer capacity of the adversary but is absolutely guaranteed by the laws of quantum physics, although it is in an initial stage, it is necessary to motivate the work for research purposes in the academic world, industry and society in general is taken as a solid alternative of security.

Entrepreneurship can play an important role in rural development. Entrepreneur means one who create a product on his own account, whoever undertakes on his own an industrial/trading Enterprise in which men are employed. If entrepreneurships really encouraged in rural areas, it would, of course be instrumental in changing the face of rural areas by solving the problems of unemployment, poverty, economic disparity, poor utilization of the rural capacity, low level of standard of living. Majority of the population still lives in rural India and large population in urban areas still lives through the learning of a village life. ThoughEntrepreneurs are playing very important role in the overall development, they face very serious problems in day to daywork. “This article highlights the status of women in different General Elections. It focuses on the under representation of women in Indian Politics. It is grounded along the election commission’s report on electoral participation and representation of women from 1957 to the recently held general elections in 2014. It offers a detailed image of women’s political participation and representation from being women electorate to voters, from women as candidates to women as representatives in Lok Sabha. It indicates, due to various political and non-political reasons women go on to face democratic deficit in government. The substantial representation of women is missing in proportion to their population. Despite an increase in voting percentage in the recently held assembly and general elections still women represent less as candidates and fewer as women legislators”
