The accounting Professions is a important profession in modern business society. In the Era Of Globalization Accounting education has totally changed and new challenges have emerged in this regard. The World Trade Organization reforms call for restructuring of the service sector including the accounting services. Therefore accounting education needs to be given due attention in this emerging scenario. The Information technology and the Globalization of Markets are the two other major governing factors impacting various changes in the accounting education. Accounting as a main subject has been imparted too the students in Higher Secondary, Graduation and Post Graduation level of different Universities/Colleges of the country. But many students are not able to make the application of accounting education in their practical working. Feedback from the students of other institutions like ICAI, ICWA and ACA is challenges and need to provide new skills knowledge to accounting graduate who enter the profession, so that more employment can be created for the students of accounting education for our country. the traditional teaching subject like Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting, rather it should be replaced with E-commerce and software based accounting curriculum and to improve the content level of accounting and taxation, computer subjects, business report writing, communication skills, problem solving and analylitical skills so as to meet the challenges of change in the Environment of business and industry.

Machine learning has gained much prominence in today's world, and its techniques are used in all fields such as pattern recognition, object detection, text analysis, software engineering, natural language processing and various research areas. Machine learning, a part of AI (artificial intelligence), is used in algorithm design, based on recent data trends. This paper aims to introduce the machine learning algorithms, its principles and to highlight the advantages and disadvantages in this area. So, this paper generally produces the research performed by the authors in the area of machine learning and its applications and draws attention to the scholars working in this field. Machine learning algorithms have helped to solve complex domain problems in different engineering fields in recent years.

Every year, the average citizen in an industrialised country creates around half a tonne of rubbish. Altered methods for waste management based on collecting and transporting mixed/sorted trash to disposal facilities have considerable environmental and human negative effects. This study will examine the systems available for household trash management. The householder will be concerned with biological (for example, composting or anaerobic digestion) as well as with physicochemical techniques for waste use (such as burning or pyrolysis). Each system will explain and compare its most important characteristics. Municipal waste management systems might greatly eliminate the waste collection and transportation stage for household usage. Moreover, the waste cannot be transformed into a safe product or a source of energy without any dangerous emissions, nor should they require specific infrastructure. The purpose of the effort is to find the best technologies available for home garbage disposal.

Four Schiff-bases were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino phenol, 2-amino thiophenol, 2-amino pyridine and 2-amino benzoic acid with 2-acetyl furan and these compounds with reacted to with Pb (II) acetate to get their respective complexes. All the compounds and their Pb (II) complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and I.R. spectral studies. They compounds were also screened for their biological, anti-bacterial and antifungal agents.

The paper examines, within the framework of linear stability analysis with the model suggested by Brinkman, the thermal instability of an incompressible viscous fluid in the presence of magnetic field confined in an anisotropic porous medium. Uniform temperature and concentration gradients are maintained along z-axis. The interesting properties associated with magnetic field have attracted a number of different results on stability by using perturbations and normal mode analysis. In present paper, the important results obtained include different conditions of stability, existence of oscillatory modes, non-oscillatory modes, discussion for stable and unstable modes, if exist in the problem.

The notion of colonialism as an agent of total disruption in the native society has come under extensive scrutiny. Colonialism is not just a force of intrusion, but it is seen as a continuing legacy in native societies. The reconsideration of colonial system is necessitated by the native system itself, since it has not only withstood the onslaughts of colonialism, but has assimilated its divergent features to shape a new social order altogether. Thus assimilation, heterogeneity, hybriditiy, plurality, are the key words to analyze the postcolonial societies 1.

Water is essential for the all development and for maintaining healthy ecosystems As pollution increases and development call for increase of groundwater and surface water for the domestic agriculture and industrial sectors the pressure on water resources intensifies leading to tensions conflicts among user and excessive pressure on the environment . The inversing. Stress on fresh water resources brought about by ever rising demand and profligate use as well as by growing pollutions world wide is of serious concern. The water quality monitoring for selected ponds in and around Bihar sharif and the determination of recreational value especially for fishing of different ponds. This has been determined by collecting surface water samples to a comprehensive Physico- chemical and Bacteriological analysis. In the present study fifteen samples are taken from all the three seasons (Summer season, Post-monsoon, and Winter season) of a year of the pond Maa Sheetla talab, in and around Bihar sharif. There are eighteen Water Quality parameters have been considered: D.O., Alkalinity, Acidity, Total Hardness, Calcium Hardness, Magnesium Hardness, Chloride, Temperature, pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Total Solid, Total Dissolved solid, Total Suspended solid, Iron, Nitrate, Phosphate, ammonia etc. for water quality monitoring of each pond. The objective of my work is to study the condition of pond water at different selected sites of Bihar sharif with reference to recreational value.

Transportation is vital for overall development of country but in India it is very critical problem because every year with increase in population, traffic volume also increases on road. Unfortunately, inadequate attention to safety several people loss of live, wealth and health. Here, a survey is performed on past road accidents for a selected stretch of Saharanpur-Yamuna Nagar-Pipli-Kurukshetra road at state highway 6 passing through Kurukshetra city from Pipli to 3rd Gate of Kurukshetra university for last 6 years from year 2007 to 2012 in Kurukshetra (state Haryana, India). After analysis of data various indices like Accident prone areas, Accident severity index, Total number of accidents, Total number of male, female and children involved in these road accidents, Peak hour time of accident and type of vehicle involved in road accident have been studied. Depending upon that accident prone areas are highlighted and suggestions for required provisions are provided to reduce the number of accidents in accident prone areas.
