Topical drug delivery system is a painless route of drug administration. There are different skin diseases and infections caused by fungus and microorganisms. which are treated with the probiotics or living microorganism which are used as active pharmaceutical agent. The purpose of writing this review article was to compile the recent literature with a special focus on a rational approaches of topical probiotic gel formulation and basic components of topical drug delivery systems. Topical applications of drugs have advantages of delivering the drug directly at the site of action and acting for a prolong period of time. Skin is one of the most widespread and important accessible organs on the human body for topical incorporation. it is the main route of topical drug delivery system. Many widely used topical probiotic products like ointments, creams and lotions have number of disadvantages as they are usually very sticky causing un-comfort to the patient after application. Moreover, they also have less spreading coefficient and need to apply with rubbing and also have the problem of stability , due to all these factors, within the major group of semisolid preparations; the use of gels has increased both in cosmetics and in pharmaceutical preparations because, A probiotic gel is colloid and it is typically 99% by weight formed by liquid material, which is immobilized by surface tension between it and a macromolecular network of fibers built from a small amount of a gelatinous ingredient present in the formation. In this revive we discus about the general Prepration and evaluation of probiotic gel

Nowadays it is very important to have a proper road network for the purpose of good transportation. For Few places road network is not available while the traffic is higher and enough. Pavement is generally being constructed and used for the purpose of smooth and comfort moment of the traffic. Flexible pavements will be subjected to load by wheel develop stress particles-to-particles transmit to the lower grades of layers through the granular structure. The pavement is subjected to the wheel loading action on it and the load is to be distributed to a larger area, such that the decrease in stress will occur with respect to the depth. The patch considered in this project is of Kodad to Khammam Road, Telangana. The current condition of the Kodad to Khammam Road is very much disturbed with the presence of uneven undulations as heavy loaded vehicles like moment of trucks took part. Hence, for the purpose of the fulfilment of all the above requirement factors and for the comfort moment of traffic adopted the effective design of flexible pavement. In this paper, we are enclosing the design report Kodad to Khammam Road which includes all the which comes under the project of the pavement construction.

Children in India rely on family, joint family, caste, and community for support. However, weakening social structures mean outside agencies must step in when families can't provide care. Mental retardation, not a disease but a condition of delayed mental development, affects both physical and mental abilities. It slows learning, reduces understanding, and impacts speech, language, hearing, vision, and coordination. The American Association of Mental Retardation (AAMR, 1992) defines it as below-average intellectual functioning with deficits in adaptive behavior, evident from childhood. Addressing mental retardation requires holistic support to improve overall functioning and quality of life. The aim of the study is to assess the performance skills of mentally retarded children. The study was conducted with the children (30) those who were received more than 2 years training. Boys made up 70% of the sample, indicating more boys in these institutions possibly because parents were reluctant to send their daughters. The health status of other family members of mentally retarded children was examined, on paternal side 94% were found to be normal and 6% were found to be mentally retarded and on maternal side 86% were found to be normal and 14% were found to be mentally retarded. Mentally retarded children often struggle with cognitive skills, affecting their reading. The study concludes that teachers need to concentrate more on the moderately retarded children and need to introduce new parent training programs with appropriate schedule through implementation of effective mass media approach.

An inflammatory, autoimmune skin condition known as psoriasis can have a wide range of symptoms. Atypical keratinocyte proliferation, neutrophil activation, and T-cell (T-lymphocyte) activation are among it is principal characteristics. The growth and multiplication of keratinocytes are hindered by a range of cytokines released by T and dendritic cells. One way to treat psoriasis is with a variety of methods, such as phototherapy, systemic, and topical techniques, but there isn't a 100% cure for the condition. The anti-psoriatic drugs of today are costly, prone to negative side effects, and frequently cause the illness to recur. This review article discusses studies on natural herbs used as anti-psoriasis agents. Its objective is to offer fresh approaches to treating psoriasis. The outcomes showed that the anti-psoriatic effect of the herbal mixture was caused by various constituents. Scholars worldwide are searching for novel, safe, and efficacious psoriasis medications derived from natural resources, as the synthetic drugs currently prescribed for the condition have a connection to several unfavorable side effects.

The project aims to improve the safety and appropriateness of video content for young children by using an automated content analysis system specifically designed for YouTube. It works by comparing a variety of video elements - such as text content, visual sceneries, frame sequences, audio qualities, and color usage - to predetermined standards. Rapid frame changes, unsettling noises, excessive use of vivid colors, improper language or conversation, and disagreeable graphic components are just a few examples of the potentially hazardous or inappropriate information that the system effectively recognises and filters out. The last Filtering Module evaluates all of the analyzer outputs together, allowing for a thorough decision - making process to establish video appropriateness. This technology plays a vital part in ensuring a secure online environment for young viewers by utilizing a comprehensive approach and advanced content analysis tools, giving parents and guardians greater trust in their children's online video experiences.
