Analyzing sentiments using text has been present in the market since many days, but for processing audio data, we need to use deep learning algorithms. In case of audio files, we need to understand the audio features like the wavelength, frequency, pitch, etc. In this research, we have implemented the same and made use of these parameters to understand the audio emotions. The results are far better than text analysis and the model is capable of predicting audio emotions irrespective of language which has an advantage over traditional text-based Sentiment analysis

Cause-related Marketing is regarded as a creative and smart commercial strategy that companies may use to promote their goods and increase customer loyalty. This empirical study has tried to comprehend how consumers view the CRM campaign and investigate whether CRM was crucial to the pricing strategy for CRM products, the preferred cause for CRM product donation, the kind of image that CRM product generates, and the brand association that CRM has with consumers. We gathered quantitative data from 80 customers with a range of demographics. The findings indicated that the two causes that customers are most inclined to support with their purchases of items are health and education, and almost two thirds of survey respondents said that CRM creates a favourable impression of the companies and the goods. From a managerial standpoint, CRM is a win-win strategy for businesses and nonprofits alike, and customers are happy since they are contributing to society's advancement. This study also emphasises how crucial it is to select an NGO because it has a significant impact on clients. The study employs a survey method to investigate the growing popularity of cause-related marketing, as well as customer responses, attitudes, and thoughts towards this type of advertising. For this project our goal is to investigate how cause-related marketing affects consumers' perceptions of brands. The impact of cause-related marketing tactics on customers' opinions of brands will be the focus of our investigation. Our aim is to investigate multiple facets such as consumer attitudes, brand loyalty, and purchase behaviour to obtain a deeper understanding of the intricate connection between marketing campaigns that support social causes and the subsequent brand perception.

This paper analyses the effects of partial shading on energy output of different solar photovoltaic array configurations and to mitigate the mismatch loss faced in solar photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic array configurations are modelled in MATLAB/SIMULINK with four different configurations. These configurations are Series Parallel (SP), Total Cross Tied (TCT), Bridge Linked (BL) and Honey Comb (HC). After modelling, the different configurations are simulated and compared under various partial shaded conditions such as 200W/m2, 500W/m2, 800W/m2. Finally, it is observed that the best configuration is TCT that can reduce the mismatch losses under partial shading conditions. The need for renewable energy sources is growing day by day because of the severe energy crisis in the world today. Renewable energy sources play a significant role in electricity generation. Solar energy is the most viable option for electricity generation because it is available everywhere and is free to utilize. Solar Photovoltaic (PV) arrays convert the solar energy into electrical energy. With the current concentration on greener and cleaner sources of power, PV arrays are being used as an important source of power in many applications. One of the main causes for the reduced energy yield of many PV systems is a partial shading of PV arrays. The phenomenon of partially shaded conditions is widespread in all kinds of photovoltaic systems.

The goal of this study is to look at how people of different ages in India feel about gender norms. A cross-sectional study method was used to find out about the participants' ages (18-80 years old and up) and where they lived in India. The participants filled out a structured questionnaire that asked them about their beliefs, attitudes, and actions linked to gender stereotypes. Statistical tools, like the correlation analysis and independent samples t-test, were used to look at the link between age groups and how people felt about gender norms. The data show that there is a complicated link between age and how people in different cultures think about gender stereotypes. Younger groups, like Generation Z (18-25), seem to be more aware of and sensitive to gender stereotypes. This is because there is a strong positive relationship between age and how people see these stereotypes. The other hand, more traditional gender norms are becoming less important, and Millennials and older groups are more likely to think that age and gender stereotypes are mildly linked. Gen Z and Millennials have very different ideas about what gender roles should be. This shows how ideas about gender roles have changed over time. These results help us learn more about gender stereotypes in Indian society. They also show that age-related factors need to be taken into account in efforts to promote gender equality and fight bad stereotypes.

Drones, also known as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), offer significant advantages over conventional farming methods by providing farmers with real-time data and actionable insights. One of the primary applications of drones in agriculture is crop monitoring and management. Equipped with high- resolution cameras and sensors, drones can capture detailed images of crops, enabling farmers to assess plant health, detect pests and diseases, and optimise irrigation and fertilisation practices. This proactive approach allows for timely interventions, leading to improved yield and quality of produce. The integration of drone technology in the agricultural industry has revolutionised traditional farming practices, offering innovative solutions to address various challenges faced by farmers worldwide. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the application of drones in agriculture, focusing on their impact on productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. Drones represent a transformative tool for modernising agriculture, offering unparalleled capabilities for data collection, analysis, and decision-making. By harnessing the potential of drones, farmers can optimise resource allocation, mitigate risks, and ultimately, contribute to global food security and sustainable development.

The rise of electric cars in the car industry marks a big change driven by better technology and concern for the environment. This study looks closely at what people in North India think about electric cars. We're using a survey with questions that have multiple-choice answers, sent out using Google Forms. We asked 150 people, choosing them based on convenience. Our goal is to understand how people in North India feel about switching to safer and more efficient electric cars. We want to see how AI-powered self-driving technology can fit in with improving roads. Even though there are problems like finding places to charge electric cars, how long it takes to charge them, how much they cost, and how long their batteries last, we need smart solutions. By understanding what people think and by using self-driving technology, we can tackle these problems better.

The purpose of the research article is to analyze the employee welfare measure. The most precious resource for a company is its workforce. The term "employee welfare" refers to all services, facilities, and benefits that a business offers or provides for the benefit or comfort of its staff. The goal of the initiative is to increase staff motivation and productivity. The goals of determining employee well-being include enhancing working-class lives, fostering the holistic development of employees' personalities, and other goals. Housing options, free medical care, retirement benefits, adult and child educational benefits, family welfare programs, credit options, and other services are all included in the employee welfare program. The type of study design that is being used is descriptive. Primary data gathered via questionnaires serves as the data gathering tool. According to research, employee welfare is crucial for any kind of organization. The majority of workers become more productive and are motivated by feedback. The study also sheds information on how welfare policies affect workers' productivity.
