Through proportional allocation method of the stratified sampling technique, a total of 120 respondents were selected. Questionnaires were either self-administered or through the face-to-face interview. The data was edited and analyzed with the aid of SPSS software programme. It was therefore recommended that employee retention strategies should be allowed to function properly in an organization which persuaded workers to stay in an organization.
