Abstract
This study looks at "Breasts and Eggs" using Foucauldian theory, focusing on women's bodies as places where control happens - and where subtle pushback also grows. Makiko, Midoriko, and Natsuko each carry power in ways that feel ordinary, unspoken, shaped by what they do not say or how they move through days. What seems like routine reveals deeper patterns of watching, shaping, being watched. Bodies here are not just acted upon but respond in small, steady ways. Resilience appears not with force but in pauses, choices made without fanfare. Discipline slips into skin, yet something personal still forms beneath it.
