Abstract
The purpose of the present research work is to compare the level of organizational culture
among public, private and deemed universities. Respondents were directly contacted for filling up the standard questionnaire of OCTAPACE-Profile, developed by Dr. Udai Pareek. Eight dimensions of culture (openness, confrontation, trust, authenticity, pro-action, autonomy, collaboration experimenting) were assessed thorughthe OCTAPACE- Profile Tool.
