Migration, as an important livelihood strategy across India, has become a significant economic factor also in Kerala State. It witnesses a large inflow of migrant workers from different parts of the country. The scarcity of unskilled/semiskilled workers in the State, the higher employment opportunities with fair salary and non-discriminatory attitudinal and behavioural patterns amplify this internal or interstate relocation to Kerala. This study on inter-state migration in Idukki sheds light on the various issues concerning migration, mobility, and sustenance. It examines the migration dynamics from multiple perspectives including demographic, economic and socio-political aspects.

An important factor in improving the quality of work is the qualification of construction workers, who use new technologies. Without special training, workers cannot realize all the possibilities of modern materials and technology, and therefore will not be achieved economic effect. The process of mortar mechanical projection has been approved in terms of its performance, but industrial management knowledge should be applied to understand the economic viability of the system. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the productivity and logistics impact of the mechanized spraying process of rendering mortar on its global cost composition. On a worldwide scale, there are no studies that correlate logistics, productivity and costs for mortar rendering systems, indicating the originality of the research. A multiple case study was proposed. A comparison was made between the manual application and mechanical projection methods of internal wall plastering.

The increase in population leads to increment in accident. In some of the highly populated countries such as India, during accidents, people lose their lives due to unavailability of proper medical facilities at the right time. This paper proposes to detect the accident using the sensors present in the vehicle. The monitoring team or road side unit will receive the data of all the sensors through the MQTT cloud service i.e. hiveMQ broker service provider and sends the alert message or push notification to the rescue team with the help of FCM through mobile application. GPS provides the location of the vehicle. LED will display the help message to the passing by vehicle. The proposed system will save many road side accident victims by providing proper medical service at right time.

Reducing the size of today's wireless communication systems has become an important criterion in filter design with higher performance parameters. Conventional filters are very important for modern wireless communication systems as they do not provide the desired miniaturization and results. Recently, using metamaterials and dielectric resonators, the filter size has been drastically reduced to a very small size for practical applications. This paper provides the review on planar microwave filter. In this paper the design geometry, size, B.W. and other important parameters are compared with various references. This paper provides clear idea and information about SRRs and metamaterial with various references.

The article discusses a generalization of model of economic growth with uniform pace, which takes into account the effects of dynamic memory. Memory means that endogenous or exogenous variable at a given time depends not only on their value at that time, but also on their values at previous times. To describe the dynamic memory we use derivatives of non-integer orders. We obtain the solutions of fractional differential equations with derivatives of non-integral order, which describe the dynamics of the output caused by the changes of the net investments and effects of power-law fading memory.
