Performance psychology lay tremendous emphasis on mental toughness. In sports psychology mental toughness techniques are used for peak performance and achieving better results in sports. The term is coined by Loehr and discussed it in a book entitled "The Only Way to Win". Although both men and women actively take part in sports, research on mental toughness of sportsperson on the basis of gender is not vast and the results on role of gender in determining mental toughness are not consistent. The present study belongs to tribal community of Chhattisgarh in which it is aimed to compare mental toughness of tribal male and tribal female sportsperson of Chhattisgarh. The study comprise of 40 tribal national male sportsperson and 40 tribal female national sportsperson. The psychological tool to assess the mental toughness was questionnaire prepared by Tiwari (2007). Independent sample 't' test gives clear indication that mental toughness and and its sub-scale vary among tribal sportsperson on the basis of gender. It was observed that tribal male sportsperson are mentally more strong as compared to tribal female sportsperson of Chhattisgarh. The results are discussed in the light of biological difference and socialization theories and conclusions were drawn accordingly.

Setaria glauca P.Beauv. which is a weed or only a mixed crop in some parts of the country, is cultivated in pure strands in Sakri tahsil of Dhule district in Maharashtra. It's protein content is higher than finger millet. There are two landraces of this species one variety is non sticky with low carbohydrate content and the other one is sticky variety with comparitively more and-carbohydrate content. On the other hand, Brachiaria ramosa Stapf.is cultivated only in one tahsil, that too as a mixed crop in rice fields. No landraces were found for this species. The process of their domestication and utilization as a small millet by local tribals is discussed.

The difference between SBSL and MBSL have been explained on the basis of normalized intensity to the peak value SBSL and MBSL as a function of frequency in units of c (nm)-1 (where c is the speed of light). Also, this difference could be appreciated by plot of ISBSL - IMBSL/ISBSL versus frequency.

The IFRS is a set of accounting standards for establishing standardized accounting procedures across the world and have certain requirements that are relevant for companies in the context of the impact of the pandemic leading to expected credit losses which are known as ECL. The requirements for the financial instruments do not change, remove or even add to the already existing parameters of the IFRS 9. However, given the very shuddery financial situations of the companies in the wake of the lockdowns and business disruptions, to address the concerns of the ECL (Expected Credit Loss), it is necessary to have a consistent and robust application of the IFRS 9, more so in the banking sector.

In recent years Stack Overflow has been criticized by various users on and off social media for being unwelcoming to new users. In fact, Stack Overflow also recognizes that this is a serious problem since they are losing old contributors and the criticism and widespread negative attitudes on the website. Because the website makes its data available online, we were able to form hypotheses and analyze the issue. We suspect that the hostile attitudes towards new users could be correlated with the maturity of scripting and programming languages or frameworks. Our work analyzes the developer community of Stack Overflow through the lens of users and languages heterogeneities. Students and young professionals would find the results useful when they decide which programming language to learn and how to get involved in the community wisely. Stack Overflow administors could adopt our algorithms to build the real-time dashboard to track the trends of the languages and provide data-driven insights for the developers

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread throughout the world and changed all facets of our everyday lives dramatically. The WHO and CDC expect substantial spikes in the rate of infection cases and deaths, although there are signs of hope due to the availability of vaccines that are currently administered. The situation is still bad in many countries and new ways of dealing with the pandemic will be significant. Inspired by the rapid application and development of AIs and Big Data in different fields, this paper aims to underline their significance to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak and avoid the severe consequences of the disease [1]. First, I will include a review of artificial intelligence and then describe its applications to combat COVID-19, some up with a smart device that will detect the disease and alert people to maintain social distance. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, various groups of researchers have been making rapid efforts to leverage a broad range of technology to tackle this threat worldwide [2]. This paper will offer new perspectives to epidemiologists and communities on the significance of AI and big data to help in reducing the spread of the disease. The use of AI-linked smart devices during this crisis reduces the potential spread of COVID-19 to other patients through early detection and alerting patients to maintain social distance protocol. The main aim of this research paper is to come up with an artificial intelligence smart device that is economical in identifying the Covid-19 pandemic and alerting people about social distance per the WHO measure [3].

Article 227 of our Indian Constitution provides that every High Court shall have superintendence over all courts and tribunals throughout the territories in relation to which it exercises jurisdiction. The criminal procedure code further provides that every High Court shall so exercise superintendence over subordinate courts so as to ensure proper disposal of cases buy such courts. The Code has entrusted every High Court with several powers and duties for providing fair justice in the society. The Allahabad High Court, in one of its Judgments while dealing with the section 482, has observed that The section is a sort of reminder to the High Courts that they are not merely courts in law, but also courts of justice and possess inherent powers to remove injustice. Let us discuss this concept to understand Section 482.

The Economy of India is rural in character and is basically concerned with agriculture and allied activities. The allied activities include animal husbandry, fisheries, apiculture, sericulture, floriculture etc. There are also a section of the rural population such as; small and self-employed businessmen, small and marginal farmers, agricultural labourers & rural artisans pursuing occupations as potters, blacksmiths, cobblers, weavers, barbers etc. by way of inheritance & who are engaged in seasonal farming. This is due to the fact that neither their basic occupation nor agriculture provides round-the-year employment to many of them for sustaining their livelihood. These people are the pillars of rural economy. On account of the division among the people engaged in these limited means of earnings, unfair rivalry and dependence on village money lenders for urgent and immediate financial accommodation have seriously jeopardised the working and the socio economic life of each categories of community. Therefore neither agriculture nor the economy developed. Agriculture is the foundation on which the entire superstructure of the growth of the industrial and other sectors of the economy stands. Because of the local feel,, familiarity and the wide-spread existence of the co-operative societies at the grass-root level, they can play a very crucial role in implementing the various government sponsored schemes for the sustainable development of the weaker sections of the society in the rural and urban areas as well. The Co-operative societies have the potential to become the participatory institutions and at the institutional route for the development of the rural sector and hence the economy as a whole. Against the back drop, this paper seeks to assess the role of the co-operative organisations, specifically the co-operative banks, in the socio-economic development process of Odisha.

There is a new public health crises threatening the globe with the emergence and unfold of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) or the severe acute metabolism syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). The virus originated in loco and was transmitted to humans through however unknown intercessor animals in wuhan, Hubei province, China in December 2019. Coronaviruses are a group of swallowed viruses with nonsegmented, fibre, and positive-sense RNA genomes. aside from infecting a spread of economically vital vertebrates (such as pigs and chickens), six coronaviruses are known to infect human hosts and cause metabolism diseases. The symptoms are typically fever, cough, pharyngitis, SOB, fatigue, malaise among others. The malady is mild in most people; in some (usually the aged and people with comorbidities), it should reach respiratory disease, acute metabolism distress syndrome (ARDS) and multi organ disfunction. . Human coronavirus (HCoV) infection causes metabolism diseases with delicate to severe outcomes. in the last fifteen years, we've witnessed the emergence of 2 animal disease, extremely infective HCoVs: severe acute metabolism syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East metabolism syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV).The case morbidity is calculable to vary from a pair of to 3. Identification is by demonstration of the virus in metabolism secretions by special molecular tests. Common laboratory findings include normal/ low white blood cell counts with elevated C-reactive protein (CRP). The computerized tomographic chest scan is sometimes abnormal even in those with no symptoms or gentle malady. Treatment is essentially supportive; role of antiviral agents is nevertheless to be established. . prevention entails home isolation of suspected cases and those with mild illnesses and strict infection management measures at hospitals that embrace contact and drop precautions. In this review all (as about possible) info concerning Corona viruses square measure given.

The country was partitioned in the year 1947 and two separate states India and Pakistan were formed. Lord Mountbatten was the viceroy of India when the transfer happened from the two hundred year long British rule to the people of the sub continent. It was a watershed moment in the life of the two nations, but at the same time it was as painful as creating two babies out of a single womb. Though not a single reason but multiple factors were responsible for this partition, yet the whole orchestra could be seen from a post- colonial perspective, and how the forces could be mapped on the basis of the post- colonial theories. This paper is an attempt to look into the role played by the Viceroy along with his troop of bureaucrats and ministers, who very well played the part of the colonizers and on the other side were the people of this country who were neo- anglicized, equipped with the language of their masters and had acquired a hybridized culture from the British.
