ZnO Nanoparticle doped on PVC with different concentration with different were prepared by solution cast method. The electrical conductivity was measured for different range of temperature and applied fields. The conductivity verses inversion of temperature for virgin and doped has been plotted and from the plot the conductivity decreases for the doped sample. The activation energy of doped sample is less than the doped sample which shows the semiconducting property is increasing with doping concentration.

Social media is dominating our lives in the contemporary times. It has already penetrated in almost every organization, be it business, entertainment, universities, etc. It is giving people the power to share, access and communicate with one another across the globe. The use of social media today is not limited only to professionals in other areas but has been widely used now in educational sectors by the students, scholars and teachers. With the coming of social media, Naga researchers today are utilizing the different social media tools not for personal communication purpose but also for research communication. The study is expected to provide clarity on how social media is having impact in the lives of the Naga scholars, which may further provide better understanding on the different experiences of using social media by the Naga scholars from across interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary studies. The study would help in understanding and analyzing how social media tools are benefitting the scholars, understand how it is helping them for research communication and also their experiences on the use of social media tools in teaching-learning.

This paper presents power efficiency of 2x1 Mux using ECRL, MERL and PFALtechnique. A 2x1 multiplexer is designed by using these techniques for the analysis of power dissipation with the variation of supply voltage. All adiabatic schematic of Mux are designed and simulated on mentor graphics VLSI design software Pyxis _v10.5_5_201606075 using 130nm technology.

The implementation of Tax would ensure that India provides a tax regime that is almost similar to the rest of world. It will also improve the International cost competitiveness of native Goods and Services. Tax will provide unbiased tax structure that is neutral to business processes and geographical locations. It will help to avoid distortions caused by present complex tax structure and will help in development of a common national market. The present research paper is an attempt to study the present tax structure in India and the relevance of goods and service tax in the tax structure.

In a Finsler space with a Finsler metric L (X,Y), the fact that the fundamental tensor field gij (x,y) is provided as gij =(?2L2/?Yi?yj)/2 from the fundamental function L plays an important role in the study of the Finsler space but is said to be not necessarily desirable from the point of view of theoretical physics.

Diversity means difference in all manner and form. The antonym to diversity would be uniformity. In the workplace, diversity refers to the composition of your workforce people of dissimilar background, culture, experience, psychical and mental characteristics, etc. whereas uniformity would involve cloning Mr. One and Only we all think the same; we all do the same; we all look the same how boring! Why is having a diverse workforce so important? And what can backfire if people are too different? This paper serves to remind people of the pros and cons to having a diverse workforce and provides five recommendations for recruiters and managers on how to manage one. Yes, having a diverse workforce may sound obvious, but its not so straightforward to manage as some might think. Lets explore.

Software as a service (SaaS) helps to describe any cloud service where clients manage to access software applications over the Internet. These applications get hosted in the cloud and get used in various tasks. About the traditional software applications, experts get to purchase the software upfront as a package. After the purchase of the software, the expert then installs it onto the computer system for effective operations. As for the softwares license, it might to some level limit the level and the number of the end users. Accessibility may always apply from any location. Instead of having various locations that may not give proper and appropriate results, accessibility must put re-system development. The application might get positive directions from one area to help access from anywhere (Hassan, 2011).

Coir industry is an important agro-based, employment-oriented traditional cottage industry in India. India is a largest coir producer in the world accounting for more than 80% of the total world production of coir fiber. Kerala and Karnataka are the largest producer of coir and coir products in India. Coir Industry is an export and employment oriented industry, which originated in Kerala and is spreading to other coconut growing states of India. The value addition in products has been focused on the demands of export market. The future of coir industry depends on non-conventional products. The major problem that the coir industry faces today is lack of awareness of the production of value added products. Therefore the need of the hour is to create awareness and provide training, guidance and encourage the manufacturer to produce value added products out of Coir. This sector plays a vital role in employment generation and economic development. Coir sector is very diverse and dynamic in its nature. It involves households, co-operatives, NGO, Manufacturers and exporters. The private coir manufacturer is the major contributors to the export of the coir and coir products. Export of coir trade is dominated by private manufacturers, who have contributed 90% of coir exports and co-operatives and such government companies contributes to the remaining 10%. Coir industry provides employment opportunities and generates income to the people particularly in rural areas and thereby promotes countrys economy. It is a labour intensive industry which provides employment to more than 7,00,000 persons (as on 31st March 2017, Annual report of Coir Board) of whom majority are from rural areas belonging to the economically very weaker sections of the society. In India, 8% of the coir and coir products are exported to foreign countries and remaining 92% is domestically consumed.

Acid suppressive medicine has been boosted up in day in an day out in last few years. The present data have been designated that recurrent use of acid suppressants for non-accepted hints is common. The objective of the study was to find out the signs and prevalence of acid suppressants used by patients during the time of admission and at clearance from the hospital. This study was accompanied with of 220 patients who were admitted to National Medical College. Relevant medical history of the patient, the use of acid suppressive medicine, and indications of symptoms were collected from both medical records and discharge medication lists of the patient. 220 patients were considered, and it was found that 26.9 % of the patient were taking acid suppressive drugs before admission, of which 38% of the patient use proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). As soon as the patients were self-confessed, acid suppressant use has been amplified by 73.1% (161 of 220), among 82.6%, 12.42%, and 6.9% PPIs, H2 antagonists and combination therapy correspondingly. On the basis of principles, It was noted that only 11.18% (18 of 161) of those patient using acid suppressive drugs were found to have an tolerable indication. The history of a patient of gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD) was supposed to have an indication (32 other patients), 31.05% (50 of 161) had another acceptable indication. The history of gastrointestinal bleeds more than 3 months since preliminary diagnosis was encompassed 7% of the population. The group of GERD patients were 27% of this group. Compared to the 26.9% of patients who were taking acid suppressive drugs prior to admission, 57% (125 of 220) of patients were prescribed to take acid suppressive drugs at time of discharge. In recent exacerbations of GERD were found having long-term indications, It was also noted that only 15% (12 of 125) of these patients were found to have accepted indications. If all GERDs were acceptable long-term indications, 27.26% (34 of 125) would have met criteria for acceptable outpatient use. The long-term usage of acid suppressive drug in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
