There are different life cycle models available for developing various types of software. Every Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model has some advantages and some limitations. In that case software developers decide which SDLC model is suitable for their product. Further, we need development of software in a systematic and disciplined manner. This is advantage of using a life cycle model. A life cycle model forms a common understanding of the activities among the software engineers and helps to develop software in a proper manner, so that time can be reduced. The objective of this paper is to compare all traditional or existing SDLC model with our Proposed SDLC model for development of software in effective and efficient manner.

This study is set out to explore and purify the L-glutaminase from Bacillus subtilis. Hepatocellular carcinoma has low worldwide prognosis and is one of the most prevalent forms of malignancies. Accumulating data shows the beneficial impact on the occurrence of diverse cancers of amino acid depleting enzymes. Here we investigated the effects of Bacillus subtilis L-glutaminase on Hep-G2 cell lines by in vitro antioxidants and anticancer activity. The enzyme was purified 22.9-fold from a cell-free extract with a final specific activity of 35.71 IU/mg and the recovery was 32.45%. DPPH radical scavenging activity of l-glutaminase IC50 value is 88.34?g/ml. MTT assay reveals IC50 value of L-glutaminase is 161.7?g/ml. These results together suggest that L-glutaminase plays a key function in liver cancer.

Today, We are living in IT era and an ever growing interest in Internet of Things (IoT) with Web technologies are unleashing a true potential of designing a broad range of high-quality consumer applications. These all are used in smart home, smart cities, smart buildings, smart agriculture, smart business and smart health also which are currently benefiting and will continue to benefit from IoT and Web technologies in a foreseeable future. Similarly, semantic technologies have proven their activeness in various domains and a few among multiple general challenges which semantic Web technologies are addressing are to (i) Improve machine interpretation, (ii) Resolve heterogeneity for various devices, (ii) Provide self description of data and Integration, (iii) Help to extract new knowledge and (iv) interoperability for representation, management and storage of data. In this paper, our focus will be on the combination of Semantic Web and IoT technologies for house hold devices and we will present to our audience that how a merger of these technologies is leading towards an evolution from IoT to Semantic Web of Things (SWoT). Also introduce the basics of Internet of Things, Semantic, Semantic Web, Existing tools and technology, Comparison of existing tools and semantic technology in IoT devices to demonstrate how semantic web technologies become robust for House hold IoT devices and what are the reasons that suggest we should implement semantic web for IoT devices.

Diabetes is fastest growing metabolic disorder. It is also the biggest health challenge which is increasing in number day by day. The latest data states that around 463 million people in world are suffering from Diabetes. Diabetes if undiagnosed, Untreated leads to multiple complications and even premature death. Main factor causing increase in number of patients is lack of awareness and its progress which can lead to irreversible changes in body. Diabetes can be managed and its ongoing complications can be avoided if detected early. In Diabetes carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism are hampered. According to National Urban diabetes survey the estimated prevalence of Prediabetes is 14 % in India. Prediabetes is condition where blood glucose level is higher than normal but not high to be labeled as Diabetes. This is many times a reversible condition from where the further progress of the disease can be arrested and normal metabolism can be achieved. Before the onset of Diabetes type 2 most of the people always in stage Prediabetes condition where Blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not yet that high to be diagnosed as Diabetes. This condition is also referred as Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) or Impaired fasting Glucose (IFG). Ayurved has mentioned Prameha of twenty types. All the brihatrayee have mentioned the treatment for the Prameha. Its clear from the statement that Prameha is reversible and can be cured. Further Madhumeha, a Vataj Prameha has been clearly said to be Asadhya. Our Samhitakars knew the stage of Prediabetes which has been recently declared by World health organization.
