We are proud to be the largest democracy in the world. For more than sixty eighty years we have witnessed the conduct of successful elections, peacefulchanges of government at the Centre and in the States, people exercisingfreedom of expression, movement and religion. At the same time we, quite often, listen complains about prevalent inequalities, injustice or non-fulfillment ofexpectations of certain sections of the society. These people do not feelthemselves participative in the parliamentary democratic process. In India we keep on debating these various aspects of parliamentary democracyand its achievements and challenges. For a better understanding of the same,we discuss this in this paper.

This paper attempts to analyze the status of Women Empowerment in India and highlights the Issues and Challenges of Women Empowerment. Today the empowerment of women has become one of the most important concerns of 21st century. From early twenty century(national movement) their statuses have been changed slowly and gradually. The study reveals that women of India are relatively disempowered and they enjoy somewhat lower status than that of men in spite of many efforts undertaken by government. Gender gap exists regarding access to education and employment. Household decision making power and freedom of movement of women vary considerably with their age, education and employment status. It is found that acceptance of unequal gender norms by women are still prevailing in the society. Rural women are more prone to domestic violence than that of urban women. A large gender gap exists in political participation too. The study concludes by an observation that access to education and employment are only the enabling

The French were the first to use the word Demonetize, in the years between 1850 -1855. Since then many countries have used the word. India has demonetized before: First time on 12 Jan 1946 (Saturday), second time on 16 Jan 1978 (Monday), though it did not have a great impact of economy in 1946.Third time on 8th November 2016 (Tuesday) this one with around 86? currency in the economy becomes demonetized currency. It could impact generally on public in general and in particular on micro and small business people in India. As we know agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy in the same manner Micro and Small business sectors are the backbone of the big industries in India this fact cannot be discarded by us, and thus Demonetization is a radical in this regard the present study is one of ant work to study the impact of demonetization in India with primary data study.

Aggregate is one of the main ingredients in producing concrete. It covers 75% of the total for any concrete mix. However, the construction industry is increasingly making higher demands of this material and is feared to accommodate the many requests at one time. Hence need for an alternative coarse aggregate arises. The aim for this project was to determine the strength and durability characteristics of high strength structural concrete by using recycled coarse aggregates, which will give a better understanding on the properties of concrete with recycled aggregates. The experimental investigation were carried out using detailed strength and durability related tests such as compressive strength test of cubes, split tensile strength test of cylinders, acid resistance test and test for saturated water absorption. The tests were conducted by replacing the coarse aggregates in high strength concrete mixes by 0, 25, 50 and 75% of recycled coarse aggregates. From the experimental investigation it was found that recycled coarse aggregates can be used for making high strength concretes by adjusting the w/c ratio and admixture contents of the mix.

Alternate Dispute Redressal mechanisms like Arbitration, Conciliation, negotiation and mediation are growing swiftly as the preferred choice of methods instead of conventional court-room hassles. Arbitration and Conciliation have even received international recognition under The UNCITRAL Model Law and Rules on Arbitration and Conciliation, 1985.The same has been adopted to a large extent in India through the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The law of Arbitration and Conciliation is nascent and developing. Precedents are playing a crucial part in this respect. International rules many-a-times differ from the domestic rules on Arbitration and Conciliation. The following paper seeks to outline the major & minute differences between Arbitration and Conciliation by in-depth study of the concerned Statutes, landmark international judgments as well as leading domestic judgments of the Supreme Court of India.

Three-phase dc–ac power converters, inverters are suffer from power oscillation and over current problems in case of the unbalanced ac source voltage that can be caused by grid or generator faults. In many applications inverter circuits plays a vital role in power system network design such as power quality, renewal energy generation, motor drives, smart grid and micro grid. Etc... In this paper discussed, proper zero-sequence current controls and corresponding circuit configurations, the power converter can enable more flexible control targets, achieving better performances in the delivered power and the load current when suffering from the unbalanced ac voltage.

Nowadays, many organizations is focusing on gathering and analyzing data. Analysis of data is necessary in today’s world. Source of data is also not fixed; source of data can be in different form. It can be in structured manner like spread sheets, it can be in semi-structured manner like xml or it can be in unstructured manner like webpage, document or text. Analysis of this kind of diversified data is necessary. Hive Query Language can be used to analyze these varieties of data. This study will represent how hive can be used to analyze diversified data.

Receiver is an important part of CSP (concentrated solar power) system which is having high radiation absorption capacity and low thermal losses for all thermodynamics process. One of the main goals of solar technology research is the study of existing receivers and development of new designs of receiver to minimize the losses. Development of di fferent configuration of cavi ty- recei ver fr om last decade ’s increases scope of unique challenges and to get optimal solutions associated wi th high-temperature receivers, materials, heat -transfer fluids, and processes that maximize solar irradiance and absorptance. This study also deals with important basic cases of volumetric and tubular receiver which helps to further development CSP technology. Cavity-receiver of di fferent configuration helps to analyze CSP and thermodynamic performance. The study also focuses over the various heat transfers fluids on the basis of thei r thermodynamic properties applicable for particular receiver.

Today’s metal processing industries are often interested to induce compressive residual stresses in the several components which they will come across in fabrication processes daily. The conventional methods of finishing process viz. grinding, broaching used to improve the surface finish of the metallic components, but the burnishing process which is having same role to play in finishing process has many advantages associated with it fulfilling above said requirement successfully. This paper presents results of the study about design and developmental issues of Ball burnishing tool. This tool is used to perform burnishing process successfully by controlling different parameters. Index Terms— compressive stress; surface finish; ball burnishing tool.

Additive Manufacturing refers to a process by which 3D design data is used to build up a component in layers by depositing material. The term "3D printing" is increasingly used as a synonym for Additive Manufacturing. There are different 3D printing methods that were developed to build 3D structures and objects, few of them are Stereo Lithography (SLA), Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Electronic Beam Melting (EBM). FDM works on an "additive" principle by laying down material in layers; a plastic filament is unwound from a coil and supplies material to produce a part. Thus, FDM is also known as a solid-based AM technology. Two common types of filament used in FDM printing are Poly Lactic Acid (PLA) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). We compared both materials using some characteristics and find suitable material according to the different applications. As the result shows, ABS is used for applications such as automobile and electronic housing parts, on the other hand PLS is used for applications ranging from plastic toys to medical implant. In simple terms, PLA is for hobbyist printers while ABS caters to those looking to produce commercial-grade parts.

Abstract- Double pipe heat exchanger is simplest form of heat exchanger containing two coaxial pipes, one inside another. Hot fluid flows inside the pipe and cold fluid flows in the gap between the two pipes, the surface of the inner pipe is the heat transfer surface which is responsible for the heat transfer between the fluids. This analysis based on the computational fluid dynamics where air to air heat exchanger utilized in cross linear concentrated solar power system CL-CSP. The following research is under process at RGPV BHOPAL. The study is based on the analysis of temperature distribution of heat transfer fluid (air), comparison of effectiveness of heat exchanger with and without insulation, and flow behavior of HTF in both hot and cold side of pipes. CFD simulations have been performed on the Ansys 16.0. K-? turbulence models have been assessed and model has shown to provide more accurate results for temperature prediction.
