The paper is explained about side stand releasing automatically by using the mechanical engage. That means the small (external) sprocket is connected over the chain of the two wheelers. While the vehicle is in moving condition the side stand is automatically released. Due to the rotation of the sprocket is lifting the side stand by using clutch cable. The one end of the clutch cable is connected to the side stand, and other end of the cable is connected to the sliding element. If the vehicle is move, the external sprocket is also rotate and strike the sliding rod.at the time the sliding rod is release the side stand by using cable. The engage is De-engaged while the vehicle is in moving condition.

This research paper explores the trends and challenges in implementing sustainable accounting practices in India, highlighting the evolving landscape of corporate sustainability and its implications for businesses. The study examines the development and adoption of sustainable accounting frameworks, emphasizing the need for standardized reporting guidelines tailored to the Indian context. It identifies key challenges, including the lack of standardized frameworks, limited awareness among businesses, resource constraints, and regulatory uncertainties. Through a comprehensive analysis of these issues, the paper provides insights into the current state of sustainable accounting in India and offers recommendations for overcoming these barriers. The research underscores the importance of integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into traditional accounting practices and the role of various stakeholders in fostering a culture of sustainability within organizations. The findings aim to contribute to the broader understanding of sustainable accounting and support Indian companies in aligning their operations with global sustainability goals.

A conceptual framework about the role of information technology in business excellence is presented in this study. These days, information technology and computers are integral components of any organization. Any organization that wants to compete must invest in information technology, much as accountancy and law. Technology presents a challenge to conducting business as well as an opportunity to expand. According to my research, a lot of companies have implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to handle their data processing and business transaction demands, marking a large-scale use of information technology. A logical and scientific approach to managerial decision-making, as well as the application of quantitative techniques and models employing computer information technology to solve managerial challenges, have been made simple by the use of information technology in business. Low-cost company operations can also be made possible by information technology in the workplace. For example, a lot of businesses and business owners turn to telecommuting when they need staff. It has been noted that the importance of IT in company is growing daily and that it is currently impossible to run a firm without it.

The impact of population growth on the forest cover has been much debated worldwide. There is a reciprocal relationship between population growth and forest cover. In other words, population growth turns out to be the main cause of deforestation in many parts of the world. There is a strong link between demographic and socio-economic trends on one hand, and the depletion of resources and environmental degradation, on the other (Sinha, B.K and Choudhary, S,2008).. Apart from this, population pressure is directly related to the increase in built up areas, encroachment of land under forest cover and lowlands , urbanization, industrialization, alteration of land classes, etc. Increasing built-ups and encroachment by large population base affects the existing forest cover in different magnitude and direction. In this paper, negative relation between population and forest cover change is found, although magnitude is negligible. Simple linear regression and basic statistics are used to interpret the results. IBM-SPSS24 and MS-Excel is used for calculation of statistic.

The proposed project aims to solve the fundamental problem of stress detection in IT professionals using imaging techniques. A recording of stressed and non-stressed people. Most importantly, the preprocessing stage includes transformation and gray transformation, while the extraction process includes both measurement methods such as index and standard deviation, and techniques such as local binary pattern (LBP). Then, various classification techniques were used, including neural network (CNN), support vector machine (SVM), and tree pruning models. The aim of this paper is to use machine learning and task visualization to identify overwork of IT personnel. Our technology is an improvement over traditional stress testing methods and does not involve a scale or personal counseling. This study is a modification of the anxiety research process that does not involve supervision or personal counseling. Gather information about employees' stress levels through research to provide effective solutions. This article explores stress management and how to create a healthy, productive work environment to get the most out of your employees. The model is trained and analyzed with a combination of SVM and decision-making models and accuracy measurements that are competitive with the CNN model. Accurately identifying stress situations provides an effective way to manage stress in the workplace.

The civil war in Sri Lanka ended in a massive massacre of nearly 150,000 civilians in May 2009. The United Nations set up a three members panel of experts to examine the allegations of breach of the Geneva war convention and most importantly the alleged violations of the rights of the civilian population including use of food and medicine as weapons of war as well as targeting civilian areas declared as No Fire Zones by shelling and using heavy artillery. The UN Panel was not allowed to visit Sri Lanka, yet they completed their task and comprehensively gave a report which came to be popularly known as the UN Expert Panel Report.

In Manipur, traditionally, punishment system was based on the customary laws and practices. Besides, kings had the authority for various offences to impose penalties and punishments as well. Some of the common features of the traditional punishment system include- (i) the punishment was supposed to be proportional to the gravity of the offence committed; (ii) the punishment was mainly aimed at restoring peace and harmony in the society, (iii) collective punishment of the offender and involving group was practiced rather than the individual concerned; (iv) various forms of punishments such as fines, compensation, restitution, public humiliation and banishment was common besides physical torture or death penalty. However, punishments were subject to negotiation, mediation and arbitration rather than the rigid and arbitrary. But in some sensational cases and cases involving national security like crime against the state there was least compromised. Sometimes, the severity of punishment was also changed on the wishes of the ruling monarchs. This traditional punishment system was however, gradually influenced and modified by the colonial rule of the British. Even than some of the system still allowed to apply which led to conflicts and contradictions. Here in this paper the writers are exploring and reviewing the traditional punishment system in the light of the modern system.

An induction motor is a common type of electric motor widely used in various industrial and domestic applications. It operates based on the principles of electromagnetic induction, discovered by Michael Faraday in the early 19th century. This technology forms the backbone of the modern electrical industry, powering everything from fans and pumps to conveyor belts and manufacturing equipment.
