While the vehicle is in moving condition the side stand is automatically released. Due to the rotation of the sprocket is lifting the side stand by using clutch cable. The one end of the clutch cable is connected to the side stand, and other end of the cable is connected to the sliding element. If the vehicle is move, the external sprocket is also rotate and strike the sliding rod.at the time the sliding rod is release the side stand by using cable. The civil war in Sri Lanka ended in a massive massacre of nearly 150,000 civilians in May 2009. The United Nations set up a three members panel of experts to examine the allegations of breach of the Geneva war convention and most importantly the alleged violations of the rights of the civilian population including use of food and medicine as weapons of war as well as targeting civilian areas declared as No Fire Zones by shelling and using heavy artillery. The UN Panel was not allowed to visit Sri Lanka, yet they completed their task and comprehensively gave a report which came to be popularly known as the UN Expert Panel Report.

In Manipur, traditionally, punishment system was based on the customary laws and practices. Besides, kings had the authority for various offences to impose penalties and punishments as well. Some of the common features of the traditional punishment system include- (i) the punishment was supposed to be proportional to the gravity of the offence committed; (ii) the punishment was mainly aimed at restoring peace and harmony in the society, (iii) collective punishment of the offender and involving group was practiced rather than the individual concerned; (iv) various forms of punishments such as fines, compensation, restitution, public humiliation and banishment was common besides physical torture or death penalty. However, punishments were subject to negotiation, mediation and arbitration rather than the rigid and arbitrary. But in some sensational cases and cases involving national security like crime against the state there was least compromised. Sometimes, the severity of punishment was also changed on the wishes of the ruling monarchs. This traditional punishment system was however, gradually influenced and modified by the colonial rule of the British. Even than some of the system still allowed to apply which led to conflicts and contradictions. Here in this paper the writers are exploring and reviewing the traditional punishment system in the light of the modern system.

An induction motor is a common type of electric motor widely used in various industrial and domestic applications. It operates based on the principles of electromagnetic induction, discovered by Michael Faraday in the early 19th century. This technology forms the backbone of the modern electrical industry, powering everything from fans and pumps to conveyor belts and manufacturing equipment.

The Satyashodhak Samaj was a dynamic and growing organisation with a larger mission of social change and the empowerment of lower-caste groups in the 19th-century in Maharashtra. The samaj aspired to protect the rights and welfare of people who were marginalised and oppressed in society, especially those who had been harmed by the caste system. A printing press was started to educate the people about the issues faced by the downtrodden people. It became the main platform for the depressed classes to discuss their problems. It gave the courage and direction to the marginalised people to fight for their rights and problems.

Anita Desai has also given a new dimension to the various aspects of the concepts of motherhood in the novel. Though Anita Desai is feministic in her tone, she chooses not to go beyond treating women as an individual and has brought to light the importance of personal relationships especially in the institution of marriage for the attainment of harmony in life, and has sought maternity, that may be in the form of nurturing or sustaining mother as a means to gain totality of being. She has tried to project the fact that neither fantasy and imagination nor reality and reason can be all in all for an individual and that one has to go beyond the imagined and the literal to strike a balance between all aspects of life, to attain a vision, that wholeness and perfection of life, which every individual craves for can be attained not in aloofness but in love. Such a state can only be achieved by approaching life and relationships without any pre-conceived notions or prejudices and by giving up aloofness. Motherhood has a well-established image in the human mind and Anita Desai extends this image to a new reality she projects through the character of Bim who though unmarried successfully strives for and achieves. Clear Light of Day shows with stark clarity three images of motherhood in Mrs. Das, Mira Masi and Bim and shatters the myth that being a biological mother provides a celestial gratification and ties the mother and her progeny in an unbreakable bond.

The Cloud Computing services such as IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS are provided to the consumers are based on the subscription given by the providers. Consumer can acquire their instances as per their requirements like reservation, on-demand or spot or any other methods given by the service providers. Consumers can use networked storage space or computer resources through high-speed internet at their own place. In Cloud computing Virtual Machine is allowing to use large amounts of computing power in para-virtualized, full-virtualized mode where combined resources are used. Cloud computing signifies energy optimization of Virtual Machine resources such as hardware, software, LAN, networked devices. For achieving energy optimization the main objective is reduce energy consumption and improvement in utilization of VMs. In this paper we proposed Priority - Based Energy Optimized Scheduling Scheme called PEOSS, where an auto - scheduler software manages all VMs as per the request of the consumers in reservation or on-demand manner. The auto VM on or off, pause or resume is taken place as per the date and the time duration of the consumer request. So, by making pause or off the VM, when they not required the amount of energy consumption is reduce. For consumer satisfaction before the time VM is started. To manage and test this scheme the cloud environment is developed in VMware Workstation.
