This research work elaborates on web-based mobile information resources of health science that have led to improved information and library services in the medical/health discipline. Mobile technology has changed the information-seeking behavior of the users and services being provided by the librarians also making substantial in roads inpatient care and diffusion of health care information. It is changing the way health sciences professionals gain information. They use mobiles and other handheld devices to do things like accessing medical records, getting information on medicine, providing remote patient care through telemedicine facilities, and accessing health care literature due to library resources are increasingly available via either mobile applications or mobile websites in health science. This paper will be helpful to clinicians and other medical science concerned working in remote places to keep abreast with the recent advances in their respective fields by enabling them to access the information at the press of a button on mobile or handheld devices. How much mobile information sources have been used with the provision of Mobile-libraries has also been discussed.

The main purpose of this paper is to explore the significance of identity and access management systems in different businesses. The IAM system typically consists of specified functions as an information security system. The essential role is authentication because it is capable of providing confirmation of user identification for service providers utilizing IAM [1]. The purpose of this article is to offer a review of intelligent authentication studies with regard to IAM systems. These studies are assessed in light of the proposed crucial components for intelligent authentication. According to the findings of this study, it's not possible to develop and deploy an authentication system that met all of the conditions [1]. To manage modern multifaceted IT environments, it is essential for users to have access to every application, system software, databases platform and so on with distinct identity and related responsibilities. This method requires users to remember many passwords and IT personnel to repeat work for each platform to provide and maintain users. This affects productivity and raises the danger of the user being able to access important data and other business resources inappropriately. An alternative is a comprehensive and smart solution to Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrated with artificial intelligence. Companies have been able to condense the many identities of each user into a couple or, preferably, one identity and establish a single set of responsibilities, rules, processes, and proof of that identity. This method substantially automates IAM utilizing artificial intelligence, which enhances user and IT efficiency and optimizes safety and compliance. This paper demonstrates how the intelligent IAM interacts with artificial intelligence to streamlines many important tasks such as identity management and user authentication.

ABSTRACT The main purpose of the study was to find out the Effect of Specific Resistance and Aerobic Training on Muscular Strength Endurance among School going Male Basket Ball Players. To achieve the purpose of the present study, Forty-Five (N=45) school-going Male Basket Ball Players from different Schools of Pathanamthitta District, Kerala were selected at random as subjects and their age ranged from 16 to 19 years. The selected players were divided into three equal groups consists of 15 Basket Ball players each namely experimental group-I, experimental group-II, and control group. The experimental group-I underwent specific resistance training for eight weeks. The experimental group-II underwent aerobic training for eight weeks. The control group was not taking part in any training during the course of the study. Muscular strength endurance was assessed by bent knee sit up test. Pre-test was taken before the training period and post-test was measured immediately after the eight weeks training period. The data were collected before and after the training program and statistically analyzed by using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The results of the study show that specific resistance and aerobic training can be effective training programme to improve the Muscular strength endurance of school-going Male Basket Ball players. Keywords: Specific Resistance, Aerobic Training, Muscular Strength Endurance, and School-going Basket Ball Male Players.

Coetzee in Disgrace explores the socio-economic scenario of post-apartheid South Africa where he presents both black and white women, exploited irrespective of the change in power structure. ssRepresentation of the women in the novel seemingly reflects the feministic stance wherein all female characters are struggling in the patriarchal society. Coetzee shows how women are colonized in the apartheid and post-apartheid societies in South Africa. The oppression of women represented in the character of Melanie and Lucy in the form of rapes and the kind of language used by the women as well as their male counterparts are all suggestive of the vulnerable condition of women in spite of the changing socio-political order in the country.

FDI is an important source, a cradle of development and an essential component in the growth strategy of both developed and developing countries and hence the policies are designed and framed in such a mannerso as to stimulate inward FDI. It is a major source of finance from foreign countries which means that countries with meagre amounts of capital can attract finance influx from other wealthier countries. FDI has been one of the crucial player in China's exponential economic growth. It creates a lucrative/profitable situation for both - the host and the home countries. It promotes an open business climate, and helps in building advanced technologies and promotes advanced employee training programs, besides helping Government revenue to multiply.
