This study aimed to develop a deeper understanding on the Uniform Civil Code. Existence of a variety of cultures, so many religions etc. are the basic characteristics of India as a nation and they carry their own exclusive and unique identity. India has her heart and soul in the religio-cultural diversity and the same has been a feature of India's identity in past, present and will continue to be in future. A 'Uniform Civil Code' (UCC) refers to a common set of rules of governance for all citizens of the country and it advocates for a system of law as per which all the sections of society without any discrimination on the basis of religion shall be treated with equality according to a national civil code, which shall be applicable to all in a uniform manner. This study utilized a qualitative research through websites, Newspapers, societal thoughts etc. The present study raises some questions and concerns related to conflict between personal laws and UCC. The UCC is a sign of modern progressive nation as the nation is reaching heights worldwide in other areas also. A progressive and broadminded outlook is needed among the people to understand the spirit of such code. Moreover, the matter being sensitive in nature and on basis of the sensitivity a committee of eminent jurists should be constituted to maintain uniformity and must keep an eye on not to hurt the sentiments of any particular community. It is found that One nation should have one Civil Code.

The article highlights the main concepts of calculus, decade long development, and numerous applications. Calculus, which was derived from the revolution work by Newton and Leibniz in the late 17th century, has greatly affected mathematical problem solving and the analytical thinking. Calculus concepts of Euler, Lagrange, and Cauchy were developed during the 19th century which moved closer to a more rigorous comprehension. A major idea of calculus--limits, derivatives, and integrals--is explained, stressing the role of these ideas for dealing with motion, rates of change, and value accumulation. In unlike circumstances with motion and velocity in the physical world, derivatives rates of change symbols are applicable, while indefinite and definite integrals find their use for calculating cumulative values and finding net change over intervals. The article explores the many uses of calculus in computer science, biology, engineering, economics, and physics. Calculus is used in physics to understand dynamic systems and forecast object motion, in engineering for optimization, in economics to model economic variables, in biology to explain biological systems, and in computer science for machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms, such as gradient descent optimization. All things considered, the essay offers a thorough review of the background information, essential ideas, and real-world uses of calculus in a range of scientific and technical domains.

This research investigates the dynamic relationship between tradition and modernity within the realm of Indian Miniature Painting, focusing on the emergence of contemporary themes. The study navigates through the historical context of Indian Miniature Painting, highlighting its traditional significance and thematic conventions. Acknowledging the shifting socio-cultural landscape, the research aims to understand how artists negotiate the tension between preserving age-old traditions and embracing modern influences. The theoretical framework draws upon concepts of cultural hybridity and postmodernism, providing a lens through which the evolving nature of Indian Miniature Painting is explored. Through a comprehensive literature review, the paper positions itself within the broader discourse on traditional art forms adapting to contemporary contexts. Methodologically, the research employs a qualitative approach, analyzing a selection of contemporary Indian Miniature Paintings. Case studies of individual artists and art movements serve as focal points, delving into specific instances where traditional themes undergo reinterpretation or innovative transformation. The study also engages with primary sources, such as interviews with artists, to gain insights into their creative processes and decision-making. Findings reveal a rich tapestry of contemporary themes that coexist with traditional motifs, challenging the notion of a strict dichotomy between tradition and modernity. Artists navigate this intersection by experimenting with styles, materials, and subject matter, resulting in a diverse spectrum of expressions that reflect the complexities of India's cultural landscape. The paper concludes by discussing the implications of these findings for the broader field of Indian art, emphasizing the potential for a nuanced understanding of tradition and modernity as complementary forces. The research contributes to the ongoing dialogue on the evolution of traditional art forms, urging a reconsideration of the dynamic interplay between heritage and innovation within the context of Indian Miniature Painting.

The study and analysis of biological data using information technology applications and computer technology techniques is known as bioinformatics. Bioinformatics represents biological data in a more effective and efficient way so that non-biologists can interpret it. A species is one of the fundamental components of biological classification and a taxonomic rank in biology. The biggest collection of organisms in which two individuals are capable of producing fertile offspring, often through sexual reproduction, is referred to as a species. The term "fauna" is equivalent to "flora" for plants, which refers to a stage of the plant life cycle that takes place in a certain place or period of time. Biota is the general term for flora, faun, and other life forms like fungus. In this research, our major goal is to identify the plant species using the IRIS dataset. We primarily employ the performance of the Artificial Neural Network Algorithm (ANN) in order to identify the plant species from a collection of IRIS plants. First, we focus on categorizing IRIS plants according to the size and type of flower leaves. Predicate logic is mostly used to accomplish this utilising a concept called neural network exploitation. We are aware that ANN is frequently used to solve pattern classification issues and produce outcomes that are optimized. In order to evaluate the taught exploitation back propagation learning algorithmic programme, we constructed a multilayer feed-forward network mechanism in this paper. We ultimately came to the conclusion that the proposed method, Particle Swam Optimization (PSO), is the best choice for determining the species name of a plant using the width and height of the sepal and petal of a plant after conducting several experiments on the given model. We have selected a set of petal and sepal width and length values from the IRIS data collection for this purpose. A new notion, such as the type of soil needed to fertilize the plant based on species and the PH value detected for the current paper, has also been added as an expansion.

The role of women in the development of our country is equally important that of men. The overall development of the nation remains as a paradox until and unless the women get empowered as women constitute almost half of India's population of 1.2 billion. They must be empowered for overall development which includes socio-economic, political and psychological empowerment. SHG empowers rural women in various respects. It works as a democratic instrument for women's grass root development. Self-Help Groups are small group of individual members who voluntarily come together and form an association for achieving a common objective. Presently the self-help groups aremushrooming throughout the rural areas giving women the chance to become more empowered. It also acts as a bridge between women entrepreneurs who have the will to begin an enterprise but do not have the resources to fulfil their dream, and the finances needed for it. The empowerment of women through SHGs would give benefits not only to individual woman but also for the family and community as a whole through collective action for the development. Presently SHGs are one of India's most important tools for rural women to achieve socio-economic self-reliance or Atmanirbhar. In this paper, an attempt has been made to study the impact of SHGs in the empowerment of rural women in the study area.

In this paper, we define pointwise v-semi-slant submersions fromalmost Hermitian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds. The geometry of leaves of distributions which are associated with the definition of such maps is studied. The conditions for above submersions to be integrable and totally geodesic are also obtained in the paper. Finally, we provide an example ofsuch pointwise v-semi-slant submersion.

According to David Hume, there is no necessary connection between cause and effect. The idea of cause- effect relationship is based on contiguity, succession and constant conjunction. Hume holds that the idea of necessary connection is formed by the mind on the basis of laws of association, imagination, customs and belief. Hume analysis that mind cannot observe the universal, certain and necessary connection between cause and effect, and this Hume regards as the limitation of mind. In Hume’s view, ‘power’ seems to be inherence in something spiritual or mental. Since according to Hume, there is no spiritual or material substance, so there is no ‘power’ to produce an effect. In Hume’s view all our impression and ideas are derived from either ‘sensation’ or ‘reflection’ and the idea of the supernatural entity cannot be acquired through either ‘sensation’ or ‘reflection’, so there is no existence of any supernatural entities which may be considered as the basis for producing the effect. In Hume’s view, the experience of man is not similar at different times. Hume gives the example, we are more master of our thought in the morning than in the evening and fasting than after a full meal. It is difficult to explain the reason of variations and fluctuations in our experiences. So he holds that the mind cannot explain the problems of variation of experience and it cannot be the basis of the ‘power’ of cause to produce an effect.
