 Abstract

As we live in an era of complex interdependence where sensibilities in one social setup have its reflections in the other it is important to understand the women's issues from that standpoint. It is true that globalization has opened up new vista and opportunities for women in society but at the same time the rolling back the frontiers of the state is responsible for robing women from several of their fundamental constitutional rights. It is important for the state to remain proactive in protecting and strengthening the rights of women. 'The Neo Liberal State & Women's Rights' is of great relevance not only for the developed but also for the developing societies. Conventionally the State is taken as an institution whose main objective is to enforce regulations so as to provide security to its citizens. The research would try to focus on the fact that even though citizenship rights have been given to women, in practice why is it that they have not been able to gain on substantial accounts. It is argued that equality under citizenship provisions in Indian Constitution fails to concretize it at ground level as it ignores differences which are because of both internal and external factors. Sex is an example of internal difference whereas poverty or social norms can be examples of external differences. The segregation of internal and external factors is strongly rooted in our social system and women are primarily treated as the second-class citizens and not fit for citizenship rights. With the advent of globalization and global trends such as multi culturalism, provisions regarding universal human rights, the connotation of citizenship has been redefined and retuned in the contemporary times. It is expected that women in the present global scenario will get opportunities to enhance their rights however feminists' scholars are doubtful and expressed their concern for having more regressive impacts on women across the globe. In this article sincere attempts have been made to examine these new trends through which women are deprived of their rights. Its objective is to show how the gains of feminism are under the threat of being rolled back.

 Abstract

Cloud Computing has not only benefitted e-commerce but all other sectors and even government systems in effectively managing vast amount of data, information and events on real-time basis so much so that cloud computing infrastructure has become an utility infrastructure just like the telecommunication and electricity networks. However, the ecommerce business's soul is cloud computing technology services. The analysis of the could computing technology-based features and the business model of ecommerce have shown that the ecommerce business model genesis, growth and excellence has a lot to do with the ever-evolving technological features of cloud computing and is actually an instance of a successful nexus between technology and business strategy

 Abstract

Money and banking are crucial to people's economic growth. Gaining everyone's support for progress may be accomplished via financial inclusion. To further reduce discontent among the poor and the disadvantaged, it provides opportunities and aids in the distribution of the advantages of progress. To this end, SHGs have been instrumental in integrating formerly economically marginalized communities into the mainstream economy. To this end, it is important to maintain SHGs and for the government to put in more effort to ensure that similar initiatives are implemented in every part of the country. Microfinance refers to the practice of providing low-dollar loans, savings accounts, insurance, and other financial services to low-income people so that they may improve their quality of life and pull themselves out of poverty. It's been gaining attention as a potential game-changer in the fight against poverty. Microfinance has a beneficial impact on the economic and social conditions of rural communities. Microfinance institutions provide a variety of modest loans to persons who run businesses in the agricultural, microenterprise, animal-rearing, handicraft, floricultural, food-processing, and fishing sectors. Microfinance's Self-Help Groups (SHGs) have emerged as a reliable mechanism for distributing funds in economically depressed rural regions

 Abstract

Vedic math simplifies complex math for students. These simple Vedic math practises may help students enhance their arithmetic abilities, problem-solving, and confidence. Vedic math supports mental calculations rather than calculators or written methods, which may improve speed and accuracy. Vedic math is useful in engineering, finance, and computer science, where correct calculation is essential. Vedic mathematics offers several algebraic expression multiplication and division methods. We demonstrated with examples that Vedic multiplication and division are more rapid and effective than conventional multiplication and division.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT: - Climate change is a harsh reality that the planet earth is bound to experience sooner or later. Increased human activities are multiplying the effect of climatic change. Apart from that, pressure on natural resources is increasing which is leading to problems like water scarcity, food shortage etc. Wetlands are a unique natural resource which can be crucial in terms of maintaining the hydrological cycle, recharge of ground water, flood control, acting as pollution filters, providing for irrigation and supporting multiple agro based activities. The wetlands are all the more significant for the study area where they are found in abundance because of its geographical setting, population is dense and natural resources are not managed properly. Their role in combating effects of climate change is important therefore they should be appropriately managed in order to harness their full potential and boost ecological and economic health of the region.

 Abstract

Complexes of Mn(II) and Fe(III) with trimethoprim Schiff base ligands,HL1 and HL2 derived from salicyldehyde and benzaldehyde were synthesized and investigated. The complexes have been characterized using metal analysis, molar conductance, FT-IR, UV-Vis and melting point, Infrared studies have shown that Mn(II) and Fe(III) ions coordinated to the ligands through azomethine nitrogen of the pyrimidine in all the complexes. The ability of these complexes to inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganism such as: Staplococcus pyogenes, Bacillus subtilis (as Gram positive bacteria), Corynaebacterium specie, Shigella dysentriae (as Gram negative bacteria) and Candida albicans (as Fungus species) were compared with the parent drug (trimethoprim). The results of antimicrobial activity have revealed that the complexes are more potent as compared to the parent drug. The MIC and MBC results further confirmed that Fe(III) complexes posses enhanced inhibition against both Gram positive and Gram negative isolates.

 Abstract

In the primitive age of society, Rights and duties were attributed to human beings only and implementation of these rights were human welfare centric. The social ecosystem can be smoothly run by a just and equitable balance between the human beings and non-human animals. Humans have human rights whereas animals have been allotted either directly or indirectly some basic rights for avoid the callous treatment. The conception of Animal welfare indicates to the relationships people have with animals and the duty they have to insure that the animals under their care are treated humanely and responsibly. The legal animal rights, which are just becoming apparent, there is a need for more structured ideology of animal rights as legal rights at international as well as national level. This article will deal with the origin, concept, an overview of animal rights and important judicial decisions regarding animal laws. Additionally, there are recommendations that ensure a fair treatment to animals and should be protected from maltreatment, slavery, torture and getting killed. This article will also analyze new legal developments for the welfare of animals will some pragmatic solution.

 Abstract

The need for biofuel production is escalating as a consequence of rising oil prices, geopolitics, and worries about the effects of greenhouse gas emissions on environmental issues. The mainstream of the world's energy requirements is encountered by fossil fuels, and the amount of energy consumed is rising sharply. This will boost the number of greenhouse gases (GHGs) in the surrounding air and threaten the future security of the world's energy supply by depleting known non-renewable forms of energy. As of an economic, biological, and environmental argument of sight, fossil fuels are viewed as non-renewable. Due to severe restrictions for decreasing GHG emissions, greater biomass utilization can significantly contribute to substituting traditional fossil-based fuels and reducing emissions. Fuels made from the biomass can add to the diversity of energy sources used globally. The type of feedstock and the area where it was grown and generated have a significant impact on the economics of first-generation biofuel. The increased production of energy crops, which may conflict with food crops for land, will have an impact on food costs. This article has covered first-generation biofuel, the status of first-generation biofuels, first-generation feedstock biofuels, the nations and regions that produce first-generation biofuel globally, as well as the most pressing sustainability issues of the present.
