 Abstract

To keep up with the changing times, the traditional motifs and the product range of hand block printing from Rajasthan have evolved a lot from the ancient times. From the erstwhile meaningful, intricately detailed floral motifs from Sanganer and bolder motifs from Bagru to the present day modern designer motifs like calligraphy, vehicles, and other sundry objects, this art has undergone a major synthesis. The purpose of this study is trace and documents the changes in the techniques, designs, themes and layout of motifs. In light of the theoretical foundation, security and the role of craft and design interactions in revitalizing cultural activities have not yet received adequate attention. With this interdisciplinary approach to printing, paper offers fresh perspectives on a variety of "modern," "traditional," and "legacy" craft realities. We specifically take into consideration how artistic identity and practice, or the creation of intangible cultural heritage, interact when interacting with particular design scenarios and actors. To make this wonderful textile art, Sanganeri chippas employ 400 different types of Buta and Buti patterns, varied, flora and fauna, animals and birds, etc. with a specific composition of vegetable dyes. The designs have a wonderful appearance because to the muted hues and thin lines.

Two applications have been built as part of the employee management system, which is an application-based system. One application is for employers to maintain personnel details, while the other is for employees to record their attendance. Every Government or private organization uses information systems[2.] to store employee data. However, it has been discovered that many small-scale enterprises in India still utilize paper and pen to preserve records. However, there are numerous high-tech devices available that can perform this function, however, they are all expensive for reasons mediocre industries This essay addresses developing a method to handle their challenges at a lower cost. Each employee's attendance will be tracked by this system, and at the end of the month, their salaries will be determined. It calculates each employee's total working hours as well as overtime. Because every small business has its preferred holidays and week off policies, the employer is given complete discretion over how to handle each employee's holidays and workweek.

Surrogacy or surrogate motherhood is a much-discussed issue in applied ethics. Surrogate motherhood is defined as bearing a child by one person for another person. The problem of infertility is age-old problem. Infertile couples and others may seek the services of Surrogate mothers if other procedures, such as adoption, are not options for them. On the other, it has given rise to host of ethical questions which are difficult to solve. Since last few decades there has been a rapid and profound change in the outlook and attitude, means of tradition towards marriage and the family, or of family formation. Marriage and traditional family formation has its own importance and value, but still a number of alternative ways of family formation are used by people who are infertile. With the advancement in Biology reproductive science have come in with techniques such as donor insemination, in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer methods, which have completely revolutionized the reproductive environment. These techniques have given hope to many infertile couples, who wish to have a child of their own. Motherhood was never under much scrutiny as it was the natural and conclusive fact establishing it. However, several developments in recent past made us thoughtful.

Future wireless communication systems need an extremely compact and multiband antenna because of the rapid expansion of the wireless system. Wireless applications rely heavily on antennas. It is standard practice to employ reflected-based antennas since they meet all of the criteria, but their size and 3D shape make them ineffective. As a result, MIMO antennas are taking over the globe. One of the most exciting aspects of 5G is the MIMO antenna. It has been extensively studied how MIMO technology may improve data transmitting speed & provide resistance to multiple pathways fading. In a multipath context, the MIMO wireless system has shown its potential to boost transmission spectral efficiency. Because of its low profile, tiny size, and light weight, rectangle micro strip antenna is often employed in wireless communication.

TRANSCENDENTALISM describes a straightforward idea where people, men, and women equally have knowledge about themselves and the world around them that "transcends" or goes beyond what they can see, hear, taste, touch, or feel. Transcendentalists saw physical and spiritual phenomena as dynamic processes rather than discrete entities. Transcendentalism emphasizes subjective intuition over objective empiricism. Hindu texts also strongly influenced the philosophy of the mind and spirituality, especially the Upanishads. Transcendentalism is a philosophy that began in the mid-19th century and whose founding members included Ralph Waldo Emerson. Emerson was considered the first American who read the sacred books of Hinduism. (Rehman & Ahmed, 2017/01/01). The Vedantic Philosophy influenced him; thus, he discussed Hinduism in his writings. This paper aims to examine the impact of the Gita on the writings of Ralph Waldo Emerson. The Bhagavad Gita is a mystical text about "the nature of things." It is among Hinduism's most important religious texts and is easily known. It is commonly referred to as Gita and was originally a part of Mahabharata great Indian epic. The Gitopanishads combine the concept expressed in the central texts of Hinduism- the Vedas and Upanishads- synthesized into a single, coherent vision of belief in one God and the underlying unity of all existence. The Gita belongs to every individual, caste, group, school, sect, nation, or time. It is widely regarded as universal and practicable for the entire universe. It is for every religion, for every country, for every man, and every woman. It is that touchstone that indicates the substance of truth. Ralph Waldo Emerson said this about Bhagavad Gita "I owed a magnificent day to the Bhagavad Gita. It was as if an empire spoke to us, nothing small or unworthy but large, serene, consistent, the voice of an old intelligence, which in another age and climate had pondered and thus disposed of the same questions which exercise us." The researcher wants to investigate the impact of the Gita on Emerson's writings with the help of concepts used in Indian Philosophy and Transcendentalism. The researcher wishes to examine the idea of Self-Reliance, Brahma, and Illusions. In order to increase the crack resistance, durability and tensile stress resistance of conventional concrete it is a general practice nowadays to use fiber reinforced concrete. Macro synthetic fibers such as polypropylene are the latest improvement over traditional steel fibers in in this regard. The enhanced tensile stress resistance, crack resistance and energy absorption of structural members casted using macro fiber reinforced concrete makes it the best suitable material for precast as well as cast-in-situ segmental linings for tunnels and mine shafts. This paper attempts to consolidate all the innovations and improvements made over the past few years in the field of macro synthetic fiber reinforced concrete technology and its application in segmental tunnel linings by coursing through available research and literature related to the subject under consideration. The comprehensive review will be useful for future designers and tunnel engineers to achieve better stability, strength and performance during construction of segmental lining for tunnels.

 Abstract

A drain is the drainage system component that collects runoff from inlets and transfers the runoff to a point where it is then drained into a stream, water source, or piped system. It is very significant that all highway roads must have a proper storm drainage design to avoid further problems such as, poor highway traffic due to flood on the main road, potholes causing accidents, and erosion on the road sub-grades.This research focuses on designing the storm water drainage system of Independence Drive in Chandikhole Bhadrak Highway. Its purpose is to provide a complete design of drainage system, including suitable ways to improve the current conditions of the road in terms of its drainage network. In order to design a better drainage network for the road, the drainage design is carried out in two phases as per the guidelines provided in IRC: SP-42; namely, Hydrologic analysis and Hydraulic analysis. Therefore, the research engaged the detailed design Calculation along with Strip Plan and Profile are given below. The design of RCC drain with wheel load are calculated for four heights 0.9m, 1.25m, 1.5m, 1.75m and 2 m. All the design are installed as per requirement of strom water management.

The physical growth of cities has brought significant changes in the rural- urban interconnections. It has given rise to the formation of urban fringes which is a highly dynamic zone between the rural and urban land uses and activities. Due to the ongoing process of urbanization the rural character of fringe is gradually or sometime abruptly replaced by the urban profile in the terms of land use, employment and culture. Economic changes in fringe have certain repercussions on traditional service relations, joint household and kinship obligations as well. Some aspect of traditional caste system is also changing. Urban employment and occupational mobility have created a new criteria of differentiation based on income, occupation and education. The present paper attempts to explore the factors and forces governing to the growing settlements and leading them towards the transforming their socio-cultural aspect of society.

Regional rural Banks plays a vital role in the agriculture and rural development of India. The RRBS have more reached to the rural area of India, through their huge network. The success of rural credit in India is largely depends on their financial strength. RRBs are key financing institution at the rural level which shoulders responsibility of meeting credit needs of different types of agriculture credit in rural areas The process of economic development, the banks are to play an innovation role by introducing newness in delivery and recovery system. It is impossible for the farmers and other target groups in rural areas to save first a certain amount of deposits and then undertake investment in land or allied activities or service sector. It would be more realistic first to help them with a loan to invest in their familiar sector, so as to enable them to raise their productivity and income. The banks should then recover loans from the increase income.. At present, most of the regional rural banks are facing the problems of overdue, recovery, nonperforming assets and other problems.  Abstract

Deep learning is one of the Artificial Intelligence methods that work like a human brain to store record and process the data. Machine learning(ML) algorithms have capacity to learn things that are required for particular application. Hence. They have the ability to learn. Investigate and assess the potential of a novel mechanism to boost the effectiveness of intermittent wind energy. It includes the preprocessing of the dataset to eliminate the null values, increase the Wind Power Forecasting (WPF) effectiveness by using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm. Graph utilize the ANN algorithm that shows the accuracy, Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) percentages. The proposed system improves the efficiency of short-term WPF. According to experimental results the proposed ANN algorithm has less MAE and RMSE percentage that is 70.01% and 77% less than existing system of short-term WPF. Also, ANN is 70% faster than Support Vector Machine (SVM) and accuracy of ANN is improved by 14% than existing system (SVM), from the experimental evaluations the proposed algorithm performs better in terms of improved accuracy of 14% compared to the existing system, MAE of 70.01% and RMSE of 77%.
