The library plays a noteworthy part in instruction for understudies and resources at each college. The common issue in the library is how the materials collected at the institutions are used. The automated software helps to make the work simpler for the library and the institution. This paper addresses the CRM, which strengthens the relationship with the professional users of the companies. It too gives hypothetical knowledge into the significance of presenting the administration of client connections into libraries. CRM is characterized as a framework or program for information capacity or examination but moreover as a customer-oriented procedure and organizational culture alter. One of the reasons for executing CRM is that companies in some cases take more care of their items and administrations than they offer for clients. E-CRM can offer assistance libraries sophisticate their e-services, which as driving instructive educate basic for libraries. Libraries have the duty to accumulate, handle, store, and get to data, which is why they ought to create their e-services to pull in unused clients.

There is a massive size of information present in the system of web pages on the web. So, when any user requests a query, a large volume of search outcomes having different web links matching to the user's query are produced. Out of produced results, only some are appropriate while the remaining are inappropriate. The search engines calculate the significance of a web page by page ranking algorithms. There are smart crawlers available which are automated scripts used for fetching data from the web and allowed to store in databases in pretty formatted manner. Later link is acknowledged and a tree like structures are observed which then defines a page or website strength on the web. This paper discusses determining and implementing different ways to increase the chance of finding a good listing. This will improve the understanding of the usage and its technique in a very practical manner. The search task is performed based on keyword research where popular words and phrases entered by the users in the search engine are used to identify the rank. This gives improved understanding of how high the demand is for certain keywords and how tough it would be to compete for those terms in the search results, contributing some direction to optimization efforts. This gives improved understanding of certain keywords demand and how tough it would be competing through these keywords in the search engine, providing certain ways in optimisation.

Human capital is a significant resource for the success of any organization. Further, human capital may be critical for generating long term shareholders value in service organization where human capital is the key differentiator among the firms. Researchers have developed various metrics to analyze the contribution of human capital in value creation by firms. Among those metrics, a few metrics are accounting based metrics and utilizes the financial information to assess the value added by human capital in an organization. The objective of the study is to (i) estimate the Human Capital Value Added (HCVA) by the sample of S&P BSE 100, BSE listed firms in India and (ii) explore the components of employee expenses for the sample firm. Based on the usable sample of 76 firms, grouped into twenty-nine industry and on the basis of data for the three financial year (FY 2016-17 to 18-19), the findings suggest that (i) on average HCVA by sample firms was ? 2.88 per employee(excluding outliers) and ? 7.80 including the sample firms; (ii) further, for half of the industry, growth in HCVA was positive for both the year with reference to the previous years, and (iii) the industry with positive growth in HCVA in the FY 2018-19 was significantly higher (72.41 % of total industry group) in comparison to FY 2017-18 (51.72 % of total industry group). Further, the study suggests that for the sample firms HCVA was highest for financial service activities (except insurance and pension funds) (n=1, HCVA =? 145.71) followed by land transport and transport via pipe line (n=1, HCVA =? 8.50) and lowest for manufacturing of wearing apparel (n=1, ? 0.33), followed by civil engineering (n= 1, ? 0.35).

Herbal medicine implies substantial historical utilize and this is certainly true for many products that are available as traditional herbal medicines. The hands of health care workers have been the main sources of transmission of infection to the patients. Therefore it brings up the use of antiseptic for handwashing purposes. Herbal medicine is utilized in many ways namely fever, diarrhea, cough, influenza, etc. So, the present study was focus on formulated handwashing gel with the help of Neem (Azadirachta indica) and Citrus Limon (Citrus Limon (L.) Hand wash is making through the lemon juice with methanolic extracts and added glycerine and dilute with the proper amount of distilled water. The hand washes evaluated by the different parameters namely as color, odor, pH, and viscosity, etc. Results revealed that herbal hand wash formulation is more efficient in reducing the number of organisms from hands than the commercial antiseptic handwashing gel thus it can be used as a handwashing gel with no side effects.

In the present study, the attention was on employing the plant essential oil extracts, to be efficiently used as antioxidant and antibacterial agents with an ultimate objective of developing replacements for the synthetic chemical preservatives in foods. For this study, the essential oil was extracted from Cymbopogon citratus by hydrodistillation method using ethyl acetate. It has been reported that phenolics and flavonoids are important indicators of antioxidant capacity which plays a vital role in improving food quality and preservation. C.citratus oil have been proved to have antibacterial activity against the tested food spoilage pathogens and antioxidant activity, which is generally attributed to high phenolic and flavonoid compounds owned by this oil. The FT-IR spectrum of lemongrass essential oil showed the presence of functional groups like alkanes, amines, aldehydes, esters and lactones, phenols, anhydride, alcohols, imine / oxime, nitro compounds and organic halogen compounds which prove to exhibit medicinal properties. The study was also extended to find the anticancer ability of C.citratus oil against breast cancer MCF 7 cell line. The preservation study was carried out on easily perishable food like Indian anchovy fish (Stolephorus indicus) with a focus for maintenance of quality and prolong shelf life. The results indicate that C.citratus oil treated fish sample stored on ice remained fresh for 7 days and hence could be used as natural preservative thus replace or partly replace the synthetic food preservatives.

The Organic food market is ever increasing. The awareness about the benefits of organic food consumption is already high and after looking at the current incidences of harm to human life because of consumption of unhealthy food products, it is only expected to increase. The demand for organic consumables market has a CAGR of 9% (Wood, 2019). The global organic food and beverages market expected to reach $327,600 million by 2022 from $115,984 million in 2015 (Dwivedi, 2016). The research problem is to study the consumer perception towards organic food products in Western Mumbai. The study was undertaken with the objective to study the motivations, barriers, awareness levels and demographic characteristics of our study population w.r.t. organic food products. 318 respondents were a part of this study whose answers were asked for through a structured questionnaire. It was majorly found out that there is tremendous demand for organic food products but there are gaps in terms of awareness (about organic food products amongst the consumers) and faith (in the claims which are made by organic food marketers). Organic food consumers are motivated to consume it because they want to make sure that their food plate is nutritious and safe. Price has little effect on the existing organic food consumers where as others are aware about its benefits but are not willing to shell out extra money for consuming organic. This also justifies why the biggest barrier amongst non-organic food consumers is high cost. Thus our recommendation to organic food marketers would be to identify two segments of the market: One being the existing one and other being the potential one, and devise strategies to suit their needs individually.

Graphics have always evoked interest and curiosity, and when it had a serious theme to discuss, it became more all the more endearing. Working on the depiction of trauma and conflict in Joe Saccos graphic narrative Palestine, the paper enables to understand the effects of the Israeli Palestinian conflict on the lives of its victims and survivors. The study provides an account on the multifarious dimensions of conflict and helps to understand the life during times of conflict and also strives to depict the trauma endured by the civilians. People who lived in such conflict zones had to keep their lives moving amidst the bitter realities of life which shrouded them. Thus, the narratives from such conflict zones became testimonials of soul stirring accounts of pain and survival. The narrations described the oppression and subjugation faced by the people during times of conflict, such as detainment, crude modes of interrogation, arrests, torture, cruelty and many more stories of physical and mental torture. The paper thereby, focusses on the life in the Israeli Palestine conflict zone, and how Joe Sacco depicts trauma through his brilliant socio-political graphic narrative Palestine.

Abstract In the novel The Plague the onset of calamities leads to the realisation about the purposeless futility of life. In such situations the hardest constrain for mankind is to learn adaptive traits in order to cope with the adversity. However the biggest hinderance in such conditions is the helpless situation mankind finds itself in. Although the resolution to fight the constraints can be achieved through the process of sublimation. In the psychological domain sublimation refers to the productive distraction that allows individuals to constructively engage themselves in their futile situations. This process invariably makes individuals more resistant to the trauma experienced by the unproductive environment. The paper would help to study a contrastive analysis between individuals that practice sublimation and those that dont. Thus allowing the reader to perceive the benefits of sublimation in adverse circumstances.

The state of Jammu and Kashmir is unique in its locational personality which coupled with geopolitical and georeligeous status makes it a Geostrategic Hotspot. Before the partition of the Indian subcontinent, it was the largest princely state and was often mentioned as Switzerland of Asia or the Playground of East. This beautiful land attracted the people of all regions. However, it was the locational glamour of this land, due to which both India and Pakistan started to play geostrategic maneuvering for territorial possession. This paper traces the locational importance of Jammu and Kashmir in some classical global geostrategic views and also specific views of individuals and nations which are directly related to Jammu and Kashmir. It is finally inferred that it is the locational personality of Jammu and Kashmir that has caused geostrategic tension in the region due to which the innocent, nature-loving people of Jammu and Kashmir have been trapped in global power politics.

In present scenario a Solar Hybrid Bicycle system will help to solve the major problems of fuel and pollution. There is no doubt that the emission of carbon-dioxide from an automobile exhaust is a concern for the increasing rate of global warming. The fuel prices in India and around the world is increasing day by day thus there is a tremendous need to search for an alternative to conserve these natural resources. Promoting use of hybrid vehicles can reduce CO2 emission and the fuel costs. Thus a solar bicycle is an electric vehicle which provides alternative by utilising solar energy to charge the battery and thus provide required voltage to run the motor. India is blessed with nine months of sunny climate thus concept of solar bicycle will be very useful in India. So we have built a Hybrid bicycle which combines the use of solar energy as well as the dynamo that runs through pedal to charge the battery to run the bicycle. The bicycle has the most feasible solar/electric power generation system mounted on the backside of bicycle to capture the sun rays to charge the battery during all durations. When there is no presence of sun, the bicycle work on the battery. For controlling speed of the motor, an accelerator is given which controls the supply. This technique reduces the running cost and increases the running efficiency. The speed of this Solar Hybrid Bicycle goes up to 25-30 km/hr carrying a load of a person of average weight. Thus solar hybrid bicycle can become a cheap alternative against the use of automobile and thus its manufacturing is essential.

Need for automation has become the utmost priority in modern industries which in turn reduces the rate of rejection and increase the production.TIDC (Tube India Dimensional chain) is a classic example of modern industry which manufactures drive and CAM chains for Indian manufactured motor cycles (for HERO, BAJAJ, ROYALENFIELD etc). Four basic components are involved in assembling these chains and they are inner/outer plate, bush, pin, roller. A pitch cutting machine is used to get a required length/pitch of the manufactured chain where the continuous chain is cut into a required pitch based on the model of the chain. During the operation the outer plate at the cutting zone is de-riveted and the separated. The above mentioned process is done by the integration machine. The next operation is loading the chain into the end riveting machine done by the operator. As the transfer of the chain into end riveting machine is done manually with the help of the operator. Here the organization is facing problem like improper loading of the chain which results in rejection, irregularity in the attendance of the operator which cut downs the production, regular injuries caused to the operators during loading the chain. To eliminate such issues the organization has approached our company to automate the loading of the chain into end riveting machine. The aim of this project is to design and develop a model where automatically the transfer of the chain from integration machine to end riveting machine without human involvement.

Meghamalai, popularly called High Wavy Mountains, is a cool and misty mountain range situated in the Western Ghats of Theni district, Tamilnadu, South India upholds biodiversity. It is a place of natural beauty dotted with cardamom plantations and tea estates up to an elevation of 1,500 m above sea level. The Sanctuary is also an excellent buffer sustaining the Periyar Tiger Reserve and Grizzled Squirrel Wildlife Sanctuary of the southern Western Ghats. The places, Upper Manalaru, Maharaja mettu and Iravangalaru are fringed by forests with rich flora and fauna. This study presents the first comprehensive inventory of species composition and diversity of insects of the Sanctuary. Intensive studies were carried on the plant - insect interaction with the 108 focal tree species during the flowering phenology. Observations on pollination were made from a spot, about 10 20m away from the focal plant using a pair of binoculars. The hierarchies in insect order in percentage are Lepidopteran (50%), Coleopteran (23%), Hymenopteran (17%), Hemipteran (7%) and Dipteran (3%). A variety of Lepidopteran species as observed have half the percentage of the total number of insect visits. Their interactions are higher than the other insect orders. Among the insect visitors, the order Hymenopteran dominates the others in number and population.

Triple Talaq is a form of marriage dissolution under Muslim law where Muslim husband pronounce three-time word Talaq, Talaq and Talaq in one sentence even wife presence is also not required and no validity services given by husband. Talaq means repudiation of marriage by husband under Muslim law. Triple Talaq is 1400 years old practice many Muslim countries abolished this evil practice. The Supreme Court in a Landmark verdict on 22nd August 2017 criminalised triple Talaq in case of Shayara bano v Union of India in the year of 2017 in his landmark judgement. Supreme Court stated that triple talaq as with in purview of protection of the Constitution under Article 14 Right to Equality, Article 15 equal protection of right, Article 21 of constitution of India. Right of the triple Talaq is not fundamental principle of Islamic jurisprudence. Search engines act as a vital role in information retrieval and knowledge discovery. Due to the huge amount of data on web and social sites it is a challenging task to find suitable information as requested by user efficiently even by using search engines. Also, the above frameworks specified will gather large amount of information, which could be helpful for end users in different manners yet would have neglected the original meaning, henceforth showing irrelevant results. In Order to reduce those problems, topic modelling plays a vital role in filtering data to improve efficiency in information retrieval. Topic modelling is an unsupervised machine-learning model which is one of the important tools for information retrieval as it plays a vital role in clustering the documents. In this modelling technique each document represents a set of / collection of bags of words and labelling appropriate word distributions to the defined topic is a challenging task. Traditional topic model such as Latent Dirichlet Allocation, which is a model that predicts topic space in a document using Dirichlet Distribution. The major drawbacks of LDA are that the topics are fixed and must be known before the time of running the model, Dirichlet topic distribution cannot capture correlations, etc. To overcome these problems, the model used Correlated Topic Modelling (CTM) to find the correlation between words and phrases, to speed up the processing and to increase the scalability. Correlated Topic Model (CTM) helps in finding the correlation between the hidden topics in the collection, and enables the construction of graphs that are related to topics collected and document that allow a user to go through the collection of topics in a standard manner. In this paper experimental results show that how CTM plays a important role than LDA in extraction of accurate information, and to enhance the optimization of the search query on a smaller scale and demonstrate its use as an major tool for large document collections.
