Humanism is actually a philosophical and rational stance that divulges us through science, inspires by art and urges by compassion. In humanism, the emphasis is given to the importance of human beings, place and nature in the universe. It gives the affirmation to the human dignity and gives support to the individual liberty. It believes that human beings have right and responsibility to shape their own lives. It enriches and nourishes the lives and zests the adventure of discovery. It seeks new knowledge and explores new options. In humanism, the importance is given to the human needs and values than the religious beliefs. The person is set with his own ethics, envious about the knowledge of the universe. A humanist is never afraid to challenge and explore. Mulk Raj Anand is a novelist whose province is human nature. His novels embrace human experiences and convey a sense of life and character like a coloured glass. He has literally immersed into the flowing, vibrant core of humanity and he feels its grief to the very marrow of his bones. Being a humanist Anand has skillfully depicted the Indian society which is hostile and callous to the lots of the low-born. His first novel 'Untouchable' is an account of a day in the life of its protagonist - Bakha, an untouchable sweeper boy. It delineates the feelings, aspirations and problems of this sweeper boy who undergoes a lot of hardship being a low-caste within Indian society. His plight has been explored by the writer in sympathetic but objective way.

The Basel missionaries contributed to the wellbeing of all people and it was really a magnificent task for them to note only bring about a new order in society but also a new social economy to bring about stability and create a resourcefulness among their people. Social welfare was also high up on the list of priorities of the Basel Missionaries. The industrial establishment opened a provident fund for the workers. The protestant community had its impact on the economy of south Canara and provided their converts all necessary help towards achieving social welfare. The Basel mission was given the credit for industrializing South Canara, with its far sightedness in seeing the need and feeling the pulse for a stable economic life for their converts irrespective of caste or creeds.

Different types of social media platforms are available to a user which have peculiar characteristics of their own. Also, this field being very dynamic, newer platforms keep on adding on a continuous basis. All this adds to more complexity and confusion. The core of all these platforms is network relationships. The major reason people take part in these activities is to build new relationships and sustain the existing ones. Initially, only a few organisations used social media, that too as a means for communicating with their customers, as they were unsure about the usefulness as a marketing tool. But in the last decade, they have woken up to the fact that social media can be used in a big way as a promotion tool to influence consumer behaviour. We see many companies creating their profiles on various social media platforms for engaging their present and prospective customers. The pace of change in this context is quite fast; that is why companies always have to look for new and innovative marketing strategies to match up with the changing trends in the market.

The main purpose of this paper is to conduct an empirical analysis on how artificial intelligence impacts Identity and Access Management. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Language (ML) are having a significant effect on the security sector [1]. Developers of identity access management solutions consider these technologies as important opportunity that they should provide to their clients. Artificial intelligence analytics may offer greater perspective and contextual insights, allowing more time-efficient operations for technical and non-technical personnel. Technological advancements offer fresh insights and automated procedures, which dramatically accelerate current IAM compliance checks [2]. They are capable of detecting abnormalities and possible threats without the need for a big security personnel. This provides both specialized and non-specialized employees with the skills they need to take the necessary decisions. Such development is important, particularly in the field of anti-money laundering and fraud detection, as well as in countering malicious attacks. Additionally, it opens the door for the transition from reactive to preventive or even corrective access management. This means that companies are constantly controlled, safe and consistently compliant.

Abstract: Bengali literature looks up to Satinath Bhaduris works as significant gestures to fresh trend. Satinath Bhaduri started his epoch-making journey in literature in 1932 and till date Bengali novels got its new forms. He had got foreign influence in connection of form and traits. Post II world war gave a first-hand juncture to human life. People started living with new experiences and rupture. And they started reflecting in literature. Novels became more critical to life. The characters plunged deep into themselves in search of solitude. And thus a new language evolved. The language not only shouldered the burden of time but also tried to awake slumbered souls. Satinath Bhaduris novels talk about inner crisis and alienation which everyone goes through. His character takes an inner journey which leads him to an utter void. However, the inner journey is not about to celebrate, but to become deeper about life like a mystic. Henceforth, his novels accolade new form and tradition to Indian literature.

This imaging technique is sensitive to a specific absorption line of the atoms it does not measure the number of molecules. One also expects to observe oscillations in the number of condensate atoms. Moreover, if the situation is such that the detuning between the pulses is relatively large the effect of the coupling can be neglected and the frequency of the observed oscillations corresponds to the energy difference between the atoms and the molecules ie. the molecular binding energy. This is indeed what is observed, thereby providing compelling evidence for the existence of coherence between atoms and molecules.

Value education is higher education is towards the inculcation of values. And the core idea behind value education is to cultivate essential values in the young minds of the students so that the civilization that teaches us to manage complexities can be sustained and further developed. Value education is a universal phenomenon intrinsic to all learning and education, whether at home or in an institution/university/college. Mere academic knowledge without deep-rooting in moral and spiritual values will only fashion lop-sided personalities who may become rich in material possessions, but will remain poor in self-understanding and peace. The development of human values, aims to develop the individual as self; which is also the ultimate aim of education and it is directly an attempt towards human learning.

Elasticity of tax is the rate of proportionate change in the tax revenue due to change in GDP while tax buoyancy is the composite of the change in tax revenue due to change in GDP and change in tax rate and tax base.To date, many developing countries still face difficulty in raising tax revenue to thelevel required for promotion of economic growth. A poor tax performance, in terms ofraising revenue can mean either deficiencies in tax structure policy or an inadequateeffort to collect, on the part of the government, both of which are influenced byvarious factors. The goal of indirect tax reform is to have asingle goods and services tax (GST) that isapplied on all firms. This would involve VATcredits running across all kinds of firms inthe economy. The use of a single rate wouldeliminate political lobbying about rates, andeliminate problems of classification. Theuse of a single rate is neutral to the natureof activity of the firm, thus removing one source of tax-induced distortions in resourceallocation. The average percentage change of 0.827 percent in Service Tax for 1 percent change in value of services in GDP indicating that the tax buoyancy of Service Tax for the study period is very high and significant.

FDI is an important source, a cradle of development and an essential component in the growth strategy of both developed and developing countries and hence the policies are designed and framed in such a mannerso as to stimulate inward FDI. It is a major source of finance from foreign countries which means that countries with meagre amounts of capital can attract finance influx from other wealthier countries. FDI has been one of the crucial player in China's exponential economic growth. It creates a lucrative/profitable situation for both - the host and the home countries. It promotes an open business climate, and helps in building advanced technologies and promotes advanced employee training programs, besides helping Government revenue to multiply. FDI inflow in the last two and a half decades, stimulated by globalization and liberalization of the Indian economy has played a complementary role in bridging
