 Abstract

Ethical hacking is the process of recognizing the security issues and vulnerabilities in the system or computer network. A Hacking may be ethical or unethical. The ethical hacker has a good purpose to do it. It has become the general perception in our mind for the hacker that he will be bad, fanatic, criminal, and unethical. Basically, some of the hackers have even done the hacking for earning money. They have stolen very important information from their customers. In some of the government organizations, they have damaged very confidential information like social security numbers and other sensitive information. The programmers from the field of computer science have a huge opportunity to become ethical hackers. In this article, we are looking forward to identifying the opportunities and challenges of ethical hacking progression

Mathematics plays a vital role in managing business. Business and mathematics go hand in hand this is because business deals with money and money encompasses everything in itself. There is a need for everyone to manage money as some point or the other to take decisions which requires everyone to know mathematics. Business mathematics is used to record and manage business operations. Many Business activities like accounting, financial analysis, sales etc. are done through business mathematics. Commercial organizations use mathematics in accounting, inventory management, marketing, sales forecasting, and financial analysis. It helps you know the financial formulas, fractions; measurements involved in interest calculation, hire rates, salary calculation, tax calculation etc. which help complete business tasks efficiently. Business mathematics also includes statistics and provides solution to business problems. Without mathematics one feels helpless in every aspect of business and commerce.

Even Covid-19 paralyzed the entire psyche but has led to the rise of van in the cyber world. Tired of going out and not even talking to anyone, all the people who were confined inside the house relied on the internet for a relief. Social distancing and stay at home protocol causes many challenges to human beings, actually it was a fresh experience to one and all. Peoples belongs to various groups like students, doctors, patients, employees and others forcefully enforced to work or stay under this stressful crisis. This was a big challenge to most of us. This situation became a stronger pavement for a rapid rise in the field of internet. This pandemic rapidly causes a significant rise in cyber threats. From our years of experience we can easily understand that Information Technology (IT) has contributed to the social and economic growth not only of India but of the rest of the world.  Abstract

Prison system are designed for incarnation for men and. In every country women are small in those incarnated of the prisoners as enforced, Constitution and several others International Convention guarantees equal rights for protection of women in the prison. Even though statutes like prisoners act, 1900, prisoners act, 1955, prison act, 1894 etc gives various provisions for protecting and providing various measures for uplifting the conditions of women prisoners, But in reality women are deprived from the basic needs and they require a special awareness. There are also prison and police manuals, which have certain rules to safeguards women prisoners, and it is an obligation on the prison authorities to follow these rules. There are less prisons reserved exclusively for women prisoners, which is a matter of concern, Women's are a small minority of the prison, but a minority that is growing at a disproportionate rate their needs, and ended their rights are frequently not fulfilled by prison regimes that are designed predominantly for male prisoners.

This research is conducted on women working in various sectors like health care, banking, IT and etc. in the city of Surat and Vadodara of Gujarat state. A questionnaire is being prepared and circulated to working women over various social media platforms like LinkedIn and 100 responses has been recorded to find out desired output and testify the hypothesis. In this research, work life balance of women and the challenges faced by then in their respective organizations is being analyze in detail and output is represented in table and graph.
