 Abstract

As it was total lockdown due to corona, for this survey a sample of 200 was chosen. The head of the families were interviewed through pretested questionnaire. Different Social media was used to collect the data. Scoring and ranking method was used to analyze the data along with the statistical analysis. Corona brought so much uncertainty and fear that everyone was just was running to get all sort of clues to fight against corona, thus most of the households (47%) had updated their knowledge regarding immunity enhancing diet from Newspapers, Social media platform was used by 48% for enhancing their knowledge. As the cases were increasing so was the increase in precautions taken by the people too, as a result of which 52% of the people modified their routine diet, and increase the use of medicinal condiments and spices which were considered to be building the immunity power, although due to lockdown all shops being closed it was difficult to continue and manage the prescribed diet. People increase the consumption of rainbow diet, along with probiotics, and Vitamin-C rich citrus fruit. Awareness regarding kitchen hygiene and sanitization of food was increased and respondents adopted safe food consumption with soaking, germination, fermentation on the top priority. Junk foods and ready to eat foods were eaten less. Pandemic brought a change in the dietary pattern of 46% of the families. To achieve protection from the virus or to regain health back to normal after catching Covid, the study showed the change in the traditional and dietary behaviors of the respondents along with the adoption of regular hygiene practices.

The �Responsibility to Protect� (R2P) has an emerging norm in response to global challenges in protecting civilians from atrocities. This paper explains what is the idea of responsibility to protect and also describe the evolution and principles of responsibility to protect. This paper highlighted into the widely debated norm of the responsibility to protect, from the reason of its birth to the current status it enjoys in the international forums.  Abstract

Literature is the source of the Carrefour of various socio-economic factors. Literature has the power to perform resistance and revolutionary functions. Literature also shaped by subaltern history which initiated from the school of history. In contemporary Indian literature, subalternity became a superseding idea and literary writers turned their writings towards the suppressed voices of society. Indian writers re-wrote the fictional and non-fictional narratives as well to articulate the passive voices of subalterns. In sharp contrast, in the disciplines of history, social science, literature and politics in colonial India, there was an outburst of new creativity through �the discovery of the village and the person�, not as the historical residues of an old civilization, but as the embryo of a new civilization form having the potentially of being an alternative to capitalism. Many fictional and Non-fictional narratives in Hindi and in regional languages make the perspective of village life and society in colonial time and post-colonial time as well.

 Abstract

Mothers� health and child immunization always grabs the attention as these directly affect the economy in the form of human capital. The United Nations also focused on the achievement of these factors setting targets in the Millennium Development Goals. In India health is a phenomenon controlled by both the centre and the states. Though there is a central effort to develop the health status but there exists a regional variations, owing to the differences among the states. There are many factors that affect the health status in an economy. Mothers� health and child immunisation are very closely related as mother is the direct care giver to the children. An unhealthy mother is supposed to lack behind in taking care of her health as well her children, which ultimately pulling down the immunization level also. Maternal and child health care utilization depend on many health as well as non-health related factors. The empirical studies show that the efficient utilization of the health services are influenced by many socio-economic and demographic factors. This paper aims to provide a brief discussion about the empirical studies which show that there exist variation in efficient utilization of the health services and the factors that influence this variations.
