In order to add value to potato Starch and also curb their contagious disease, this study investigated the ethanol enrichment of potato starch1 with the fungal strains A.niger, A. awamori and A. foetidus were taken and compared from the results when bulk dried yeastS.cerevisiae was used from other sources. Fermentation process involves solid matrix and Incubation has been done in limited aerobic condition at 30oC with shaking at 200 rpm for 5 days with S. cerevisiae at 30?C, pH of 5-6.For each set of experiment 10 ml of sample solution was centrifuged at 4oC for 20 min with a speed of 5,000 x g. The study for the determination of ethanol, reducing sugar and amylolytic activity was performed.Gas chromatography technique was used for the determination of ethanol concentration in experimental sample. The results showed that amylase activity in the culture of Aspergillus species caused inhibition by glucose produced from starch hydrolysis. The test for co-culture of an Aspergillus species in starch-containing growth medium could prevent the accumulation of inhibitory concentration of reducing sugar and increase in amylolytic activity as well as the percentage of ethanol yield, in the main objective for the study. This isconcluded that utilization of starch, amylolytic activity and ethanol yields are low in the studies with A. niger, A. foetidus and A. awamori whereas in study with S. cerevisiae the excellent increase in the amylolytic activity and ethanol production have been observed.Starch was used upto 96.1% this value is much higher than those obtained in monocultures.

The application of big data strategies to increase the efficiency of healthcare delivery has become unavoidable owing to the overwhelming quantity of data in the healthcare system. Big Data Analytics like Hadoop plays an important role in doing meaningful real-time analyses on massive amounts of data and predicting emergencies before they occur [1]. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a computer database that stores important details from patient records. Because of government directives and technical advancements, the volume of data in the EHR is growing. Sensors and diagnostic records are used to document patient details. Given the massive quantities of data sets in the EHR, appropriate methods for storing and analyzing this data for practical interpretations are needed. This paper aims to address the uses of big data in the healthcare sector. The usage of medical big data for secondary uses is becoming more widespread in healthcare and medical studies. Understanding the rationale underlying medical big data reveals trends in healthcare information management which has significant implications for hospital information systems that are developing and improving medical systems [1]. This paper investigates a secure medical big data ecosystem built on Hadoop to expand the sophistication of the medical system. The framework in this paper incorporates healthcare information based on the Hadoop big data network, with the original centralized on data being processed and evaluated internally through a modern networking system and an autonomous data acquisition system. The customized health information framework for diseases has been developed to offer personalized health care systems for patients and to promote the treatment of patients by medical professionals by using the capabilities of the Hadoop big data system.

ABSTRACT The main purpose of the present study was to compare the Job Satisfaction between Physical Education Lecturers working in Degree Colleges of Rohtak and Sonepat Districts of Haryana. To achieve the purpose of the study 50 Physical Education Lecturers from Degree Colleges situated in Rohtak and Sonepat of Haryana were selected randomly (25 Physical Education Lecturers from Rohtak and 25 from Sonepat District of Haryana). The Job Satisfaction Scale Construct and Standardized by Vikas Kundu (JSS-kv) was used to measure the Job Satisfaction of 50 Physical Education Lecturers selected as subjects. The data was statistical analyzed and compared through t-test to find out the significance difference between the Job Satisfaction of Physical Education Lecturers working in Degree Colleges situated in Rohtak and Sonepat Districts. The level of significance was chosen 0.05 for the present study. The investigator concludes that the Physical Education Lecturers of Rohtak District have high Job Satisfaction as compared to the Physical Education Lecturers of Sonepat District. Success of democracy lies in the education of adults. Democracy cannot thrive without educated citizens. So, adult education is very much essential not only to educate the children as well as illiterate adults but also to improve the literacy, numeracy and technical skill of neo- literates. Like illiteracy is a disability, literacy is an ability or strength. Literacy is an outcome of knowledge, information and skills that are essential and useful for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our day to day life. Keeping this material both for the adult learners & women neo-literates should be properly designed and prepared for fulfilling the goal. There were four objectives of the study. On the basis of objectives, appraisal of the Learning materials for women neo-literates of Saakshar Bharat Programme in Odisha was made. The study raveled the quality of learning materials in respect of content, mode of presentation, illustrations and format get up etc of exciting materials for women neo-literates. Accordingly suitable recommendations have been offered to improve the quality of learning materials being used in Saakshar Bharat Programme.

The teaching strategies adopted by teachers of ESL, at all levels, play a vital role in order to bring the desired output from the learners. However it has been observed that not much research has been conducted on teaching strategies at the secondary level which significantly impact the learning outcomes. A research study was conducted to identify, analyze and compare the strategies used by teachers of English in select private and government schools in Tamilnadu. The article presents and also discusses the implications of the research study.
