Abstract
In Recent Decades, number of Cases filed has filed in respect to Environmental Protection before various High court and Supreme Court. Due to these cases and other matter cases the court has been overburdened. So, Government thanked about the establishment of Separate Court machinery to speedy disposal cases, so in 1995 Centre Court enacted National Green Bench Tribunal. This article consists of Composition of National Green Tribunal and its Composition and Important orders of NGT.

Abstract
Supplementing day-to-day energy requirement using renewable sources of energy is essential. However, highly fluctuating nature of renewable sources necessitates storage. Storage is expensive and has to be replaced periodically. Hence there is need to integrate available power, which may be indoor or outdoor. In this project an innovative stand alone, indoor energy generation by light system is proposed by doped VGP with non-fermi liquid materials (UXTh1-xPdSi2, x ? 0.07) with empirical formula. The CFL Radiations are subjected towards Solar PV6Plate through the doped VGP to improve the efficiency of Solar PV Panel

Abstract
A well-designed sampling arrangement can greatly improve the information that can be formed from a survey. Once a broad sample design is recognized, precise design parameters such as sample sizes and collection probabilities need to be preferred. This is classically achieved using an optimal sample design, which minimizes the difference of key statistic or statistics, revealed as a purpose of design parameters and population characteristics, subject to a price constraint. A common approach to sample distribution allowing for indefinite design information is planned and evaluated. This endeavour has sketched about the introduction to sample design, sampling and non-sampling errors, type of sampling designs, systematic sampling, cluster sampling, stratified sampling, multi stage sampling, data collection introduction, survey, the differences between survey and experiment, collecting of primary data, collection of data through questionnaires, collection of secondary data, selecting of appropriate method for data collection, case study characteristics. However, the primary objectives of this endeavor are to make the researcher familiar with the sample design and data collection for project or research work, yet the study specifically aims as to make the researcher familiar with the sample design and data collection in research design work. It will also discuss various outlooks of sample design and data collection process.

Abstract
The poem captures the relationship between man and Nature and also highlights the conflict between wishes and obligations we quite often face in our lives. The poem effectively brings out a subtle tension between the timeless attraction of the Nature and the pressing obligations of the present moment. This poem most convincingly depicts the boundaries and limits within which human beings normally go through the journey of their lives, and which do not allow them to get derailed from their respective paths.

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence automation is developing rapidly and increasingly impacts and changes important sectors' landscape, including business and the economy. With AI Automation advancement, businesses, organizations, and companies are increasing their focus on applying technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness in different processes. Irrespective of the many benefits that have been identified with increased automation, fear has also increased among a section of sectors especially labor, as workers perceive the risk of job loss and unemployment. Based on this growing controversy, it is important to conduct critical research on AI Automation in terms of what it is, what other researchers have found regarding the topic, its important applications, what the future holds, and the relevance of the findings to America in particular.
