In present scenario stress is considered one of the most faced problems in almost all walks of life experience .It is an important task for everyone to balance responsibilities both at workplace and at home. Due to technological speed, globalization, competition people are experiencing stress to a very great extent. People, who are stressed, are also more likely to be less productive, unhealthy, poorly motivated. The nature of work has changed over the last century and it is still changing at whirlwind speed. Work culture, high performance of demand, jobs insecurities, personal and family problems are among various reasons for causing stress, The purpose of this research paper is to investigate some factors affecting the job stress not only in private sector but also in government sector.

Optical remote sensing offers excellent opportunity to understand the post earthquake affects both qualitatively and quantitatively. Remote sensing products allow us to explore the land surface parameters at different spatial scales. The testing data for accuracy assessment of classified fraction images can be used from finer spatial resolution multi-spectral images to generate image-to-image accuracy. It has been investigated the pre and post event satellite images (Landsat-7) at sub pixel level to identify liquefaction occurred after Mw7.7 Bhuj earthquake of January 26th, 2001 earthquake. In this paper soft computing based fuzzy algorithm, which is independent of statistical distribution assumption of data, has been used to extract single land cover class from remote sensing multi-spectral images. As a result, using temporal class based modified NDVI data set it is possible to separate water bodies from liquefaction.

Modern world is technically touching the zenith of progress and is considered as the backbone of any country for its development. Every country is busy to strengthen this threshold and make their space among the ultra modern countries of the world. Millions of budget is utilized to enhance the technological power and emancipate this field in order to save the country from any derogatory wars and other type of plagues that may become the reason of their downfall. Among all the technological advancements every country wishes to strengthen the bond of defense and make sure to save their country from any derogatory wars .The defense sphere of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is developing with leaps and bounds. The methodical minds working in this techno field of AGI have formulated numerous hypotheses by striving their minds regarding the existence of human beliefs, but somehow there exists some contradictions. This present study will explore and analyze that what AGI protection scholars , up to the beginning of 2018, have jotted about the outcomes of human beliefs. This study will investigate about the well supported hypothesis by using the mechanism and technique of Theory classification system in order to indicate the difficulty of describing and unfolding the character of human beliefs regarding the innovative technique of AGI.

In the present research work to find out the best experimental condition to get high specific capacitance, the Taguchi method was used which involves reducing the variation in a process through robust design of experiments. The overall objective of the method is to produce high product result in minimum steps. From capacitance studies done by cyclic voltammetry technique for carbon materials obtained from plant precursors like bamboo fiber, rice straw and sugarcane bagasse; shows that highest specific capacitance is obtained with carbon obtained from rice straw. Taguchi optimization methodology predicted that pyrolysis of rice straw at 800oC temperature for 2 hrs. duration and treatment of carbon with 50 % KOH solution gives the carbon of best quality for maximum capacitance and thereby for developing supercapacitor. It is also observed that, first major impactful parameter on the specific capacitance is the nature of the precursor and second is treatment with KOH; pyrolyzing time and temperature had very little impact.

We all participate in the business word in our everyday lives. Just by living in our homes, going to work, driving our cars, using public transport, going to the shops, parks, beaches or schools or going to hospitals we interact directly or indirectly with the goings on of the business community. And these interactions bring business ethics into play. Whether we are employees or employers; consumers; wholesalers or retailers; service users or providers; business purchasers or business suppliers, ethical issues are always raised. The present article deals with the meaning of business ethics, importance of business ethics, philosophical approach of business ethics, and policies for improving ethical issues in Business and confirmed that the ethical behavior in business is regarded as a significant factor for the growth or profits of modern business organizations

This paper seeks to understand the recent trends and concepts in physical education and sports of youths these days are eating more junk food and moving less. The result: overweight, unfit children. To counter the declining fitness trend, many schools and districts have taken a closer look at their physical education (PE) programs. Physical education is the instruction of physical exercise in schools and matters more today than ever before. Physical education programs are recognizing the academic benefits of quality fitness programs. Exercise increases oxygen flow to the brain, thereby increasing cognitive skills. It also increases neurotransmission in the brain, or the connection of neurons, also known as brain cells. Strengthening these connections means that the brain is remembering more efficiently. Exercise also releases chemicals in the body known to enhance mood, regulate impulsivity, and decrease fidgeting. All the more reason to up the game in PE. With the opportunity to help turn around declining fitness in children, schools and PE curriculum programs have made drastic changes. Team sports and fun activities that were once the norm are being elbowed out by more intense and direct physical activity focusing on overall health. How can PE time make a difference? Let's take a look at some trends that matter to children's health shows that the game specific training improved the maximum strength. The difference between right and left hand on maximum strength was insignificant. Hence, it was concluded that game specific dextrality training may be given to improve the dexterous (use of hands) level and handball playing ability.
