 Abstract

In the scientific age of today, the explicit progress and prosperity of man both in terms of material and intellect has put forward a challenge to the educational institutions. Schools as the most vital agency educating the human beings have always been the symbol of progress and the center of values in the past and even today. So apart from quantity, the quality of education provided by schools has been and continues to be a major concern in our society. The present investigation is a forward step on the way, where various researchers have laid foundations of their researches. In the present study, the investigator has made an attempt to study the mental health and occupational stress among the teacher educators working in the government and private colleges of education in comparative perspectives. This would be of tremendous importance for the personnel engaged with the administration of government and private teacher training institutions. In what ways the stress at workplace influences the personality factors of the teacher educator is the matter of research. The teacher educators are also supposed to go through a number of problems as the other professionals. They also have to face the problems more are less similar to the teachers or can say in a more complicated way that may lead to the reduction in their level of job satisfaction or their performance too. The present investigation is a forward step on the way, where various researchers have laid foundations of their researches. In the present study, the investigator has made an attempt to study the mental health and occupational stress among the teacher educators working in the government and private colleges of education in comparative perspectives.  Abstract

In this paper, the use of non-renewable sources of energy has a variety of harmful impacts on our environment either due to the way they are extracted and processed or also in terms of how they are used and thereafter disposed of. The continued use of non-renewable resources has clear implications for our health and wellbeing, both of which are intimately connected with the impacts non-renewable resources on our environment. These are very much worth exploring and this article aims to do exactly that with a focus on the harmful effects of non-renewable energy resources on our environment. In addition to the greenhouse gas emissions released when things like natural gas, oil, and coal are burned, each of the fossil fuel energies below come with a world of other eco-woes. Below is a list of the most common non-renewable energy sources and their related impacts on human health and the environment.

 Abstract

Make in India is a campaign that honorable PM Narendra Modi launched on 25th September, 2014 by addressing a mass audience including both national and international entrepreneurs in New Delhi. This campaign is designed to make India one of the leading countries in this competitive world by promoting manufacturing within the country and making India the manufacturing hub of the world economy. The schemes and policies in Make in India campaign clearly depict the bright future of Indian economy. There is no denying the fact that India needs disciplined services in different sectors and ‘Make in India’ promises to provide that. The main motive of Make in India campaign is to strengthen the manufacturing sector in India. This campaign mainly focuses on manufacturing sector just because there is a lot of scope of growth, employment, and contribution in the economy from this sector. The objectives of Make in India are job creation, skill development & innovation and to align India’s manufacturing sector into the Global Value Chain by encouraging Public Private Partnership (PPP), Joint Ventures (JV), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflow, and advancing Ease in Doing Business (EDB). This scheme focuses on the acceleration of GDP to the new heights and to pull back the economy from clutches of recession. The objective of this paper is to study the role of Make in India as a driver of growth in different sectors and its opportunities, challenges, changes needed. The paper is based on the secondary data which is collected from journals, magazines articles, brochures, annual reports etc.
