 Abstract

Artificial Intelligence automation is developing rapidly and increasingly impacts and changes important sectors' landscape, including business and the economy. With AI Automation advancement, businesses, organizations, and companies are increasing their focus on applying technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness in different processes. Irrespective of the many benefits that have been identified with increased automation, fear has also increased among a section of sectors especially labor, as workers perceive the risk of job loss and unemployment. Based on this growing controversy, it is important to conduct critical research on AI Automation in terms of what it is, what other researchers have found regarding the topic, its important applications, what the future holds, and the relevance of the findings to America in particular.

 Abstract

The study assesses the variables, flexibility and leg strength of Badminton players of District Ganderbal. The study is limited to the inter-colligate Badminton players of district Ganderbal, wherein primary data has been collected from 40 participants, who understudied in different schools of district Ganderbal during the session 2018-19. The players were tested by Sit and reach test and Standing broad jump in order to measure their flexibility and leg strength. From the data analysis, it emerged that there was significant effect of plyometric exercises on flexibility and leg strength of badminton players through the statistical analysis after six weeks training program.

 Abstract

Combining multiple datasets and applying machine learning algorithms would help city officials and fire services direct their resources more efficiently, avoid disasters, and save lives in the occurrence of a fire incident. Also, it might at most help in making accurate forecasts about where fires are going to occur. Every year, the risk analysis model that implements machine learning responds to emergency calls and helps prevent the occurrence of a fire incident. It is because they can give out smoke alarms, inspect commercial buildings, and educate the community on matters that surround risky behaviors that may trigger fire, among other preemptive actions. Additionally, this success comes along with challenges and associated problems such as limited resources. For this very time, they have only achieved very little in terms of risk analysis mechanisms. Predicting the occurrence of fire in property constitutes a very significant component in management and analysis of fire. This is because it plays a significant role in recovery efforts, mitigation, and resource allocation. It is challenging to accurately predict a fire incident, although it is an essential factor in protecting property and human life. This paper provides the proposed models, which are focused on statistical machine learning and risks optimized by the use of indexing for assessment fire risks. Generally, the models that are currently used in predicting fire does not provide satisfaction and accuracy. The factors that affect the occurrence of fire are the frequency of fire occurrence and diversity, which are very sparse. Therefore, to improve the accuracy of predicting fire occurrence, there must be a risk analysis model that implements smart machine learning technology. This research paper presents an analysis and description of property fire prediction methods based on machine learning. A novel algorithm for property fire risk prediction, which is based on machine learning, is presented. Also, the implementation of the algorithm that uses data from different frameworks is demonstrated in having the ability to predict the fire occurrence accurately.

 Abstract

Microfinance provides micro credit to people residing below the poverty line and who are deprived of formal financial. It is a supplement which makes these people involved in their small businesses. Microfinance focuses on providing microcredit in standardised manner. Microfinance has various schemes which play crucial role in enhancing women�s role in decision-making. This paper is an attempt to diagnose the role of microfinance in the development of the rural area through its policies. It aims to find out impact and importance of rural development in India. It is observed from the study that microfinance brings effective changes in the Nsociety with the policies and practices. It is concluded marginalised people in rural areas especially in a country in India. Its main aim is to cater the needs of poor people and guide, motivates them to increase their economic and social status.

 Abstract

AI plays an important role in optimizing DevOps performance, it can enhance performance by offering instant creation and operating cycles and providing a positive experience for customers. Machine learning systems can make it easier to acquire data from different DevOps system pieces. This involves speed, errors, and burn rate, which are more conventional methods of production. Also, a component of DevOps is data generated by seamless tool integrations. Metrics such as number and time of integration, overall success, and deficiencies per integration are only useful when correctly measured and correlated.  Abstract

It can be observed from the preodic table that the group IIIb atoms have three electrons. With an s2p1 configuration outside a core of closed shells, and that group Vb atoms have five electrons in s2p3 configuration. Between them, therefore, the III and V atoms have an average four valence electrons per atom available for binding.III � V compounds with the zinc blende structure do indeed have properties rather like those of the group IV crystals, diamond,silicon,germanium and grey tins in which covalent bonds are formed between tetrahedral sp3 hybrid orbitals.
