Immediate Release Tablets (IRTs) are pivotal in pharmaceutical formulations, designed to disintegrate rapidly and release their active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) swiftly upon administration. This formulation approach ensures rapid onset of action, enhancing therapeutic efficacy, particularly in acute conditions. Advancements in excipient technology have significantly improved IRT performance. The incorporation of superdisintegrants such as sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, and crospovidone has been shown to enhance the disintegration and dissolution rates of tablets, thereby improving bioavailability. Additionally, the use of co-processed excipients has optimized tablet hardness and friability, contributing to better tablet integrity and patient compliance. Formulation strategies, including the direct compression method, have been employed to streamline the manufacturing process of IRTs, reducing production costs and time. This method has been successfully utilized in the development of various IRTs, such as those containing valsartan, demonstrating satisfactory dissolution profiles and stability. Therapeutically, IRTs have proven beneficial in the management of conditions requiring rapid drug action, such as hypertension and acute pain. For instance, immediate release formulations of telmisartan have shown improved dissolution rates and bioavailability compared to conventional formulations.

To make it even better, the system lets users give feedback in real-time, so they can help the app suggest songs they like. It also learns over time, getting better at guessing what music someone might enjoy based on how their feelings change and what they listen to. The system can work on different music streaming services too. Today, music plays a big role in how we feel and can make our days better. Usually, music apps suggest songs based on what people like or what they've listened to before. But these methods often don't really understand how our feelings change. This paper introduces a new idea called the Emotion-Based Music Recommendation System (EMRS), which picks songs based on how we feel right at that moment. Tests show that EMRS makes people happier and more engaged with their music compared to regular music recommendation systems. This new idea could really help with mental health, stress relief, and make music more personal and enjoyable. This system uses special technology to understand our emotions. It looks at our facial expressions, the tone of our voice, and even things like our heart rate to figure out how we're feeling. It uses smart computer programs called deep learning models to sort our feelings into groups like happiness, sadness, anger, or calmness. Then, it connects these feelings to music that fits those emotions using a special method that combines different ways of finding song recommendations.

Particularly during the Indus Valley Civilization (c. 2600-1900 BCE) and later historical periods, the study of seals in ancient India offers vital insights into the sociopolitical, economic, and cultural fabric of early civilizations. This study summarizes the various applications of seals in ancient India by combining scholarly interpretations, archaeological discoveries, and epigraphic data to demonstrate their complex functions. Seals, which frequently bore elaborate inscriptions and imagery denoting ownership, trade links, or official roles, functioned as marks of identification, authority, and commerce. Steatite carvings with mysterious lettering and animal patterns on Indus seals suggest a highly developed trading network that extended throughout Mesopotamia and beyond. Later seals, such as those from the Mauryan and Gupta eras, illustrate how government, religious symbolism, and bureaucratic uniformity evolved over time. To shed light on regional influences and technological advancements, this study also examines the materials, craftsmanship, and stylistic variations of these seals. Through a critical engagement with primary sources and archaeological data, this study clarifies the significance of seals in understanding ancient Indian urban design, economic organization, and political administration. Additionally, it explores how the usage of seals has changed and remained consistent over time, establishing links between historical and pre-modern customs. The study emphasizes the necessity of further multidisciplinary research to unravel unresolved mysteries, particularly the undeciphered Indus script, which remains a major enigma in South Asian history. By highlighting the significance of seals as cultural artifacts that encode historical narratives beyond their administrative functions, this comprehensive review advances our understanding of ancient Indian society. The paper's conclusion underscores the implications of these findings for future linguistic and archaeological research.

Ultra-Fast Charging Advancements in charging technology are pushing the boundaries of charging speed. Ultra-fast dishes, with capacities up to 350 kW and beyond, can now add significant range (60- 200 long hauls) in as little as 20- 30 twinkles. Companies like Tesla with its Supercharger V4 are at the van of this technology. This significantly reduces charging time, making long- distance trip in EVs more doable and easing range anxiety.

Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune skin condition characterized by the loss of pigment - producing cell, resulting in white patches on the skin. Affecting approximately 1% of the global population , vitiligo can have a significant impact on quality of life. Normal skin colour varies, depending on lifestyle and light exposure as well as constitutional and ethnic factors. The cause of vitiligo is disorders of the immune system (autoimmune disorders )and family history ( heredity ), such as stress , severe sunburn or skin trauma, contact with a chemical. Here, we present a case study of vitiligo who presented hypopigmented area left lip and neck . Vitiligo can start at any age , but usually appear before age 30

Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) plays in enhancing students' employability and readiness for industry demands has become increasingly significant. This study looks at the various factors that influence how effective CRT programs are in universities. The objective is to identify the external and internal elements that either enhance or detract from these training programs' efficacy. The study used a mixed-method research approach, collecting information from corporate recruiters, training providers, and faculty coordinators through formal questionnaires presented to final-year students and semi-structured interviews. The quality of training materials, the trainer's expertise, student motivation and engagement, program duration and schedule, use of technology and tools, and institutional support are among the key elements that are the focus of this study. A well-designed and industry-aligned CRT curriculum significantly improves students' success in campus placements, the findings show. The most effective methods included resume-building workshops, interactive sessions, aptitude testing, group discussions, and mock interviews. Infrastructure, feedback collection, and follow-up training are examples of institutional support that contributes to long-term improvements in student preparedness. This study contributes to our understanding of CRT's effectiveness and offers practical data to legislators, educational institutions, and training firms who wish to increase student employability and bridge the knowledge gap between education and the workforce.

This study examines the financial performance of the banking industry in general and ICICI Bank in specific for focusing on key indicators such as profitability and liquidity. Using recent financial data and performance ratios, the analysis provides insights into how banks navigate economic fluctuations, regulatory changes, market competition, and technological advancements. The findings highlight that while profitability has generally improved due to increased digitalization and cost optimization, challenges persist in managing non-performing assets, maintaining adequate capital buffers, and responding to evolving customer expectations.
