Spurgeon, Lectures to My Students The habit of reading is the necessary and most important quality in this world to create a good reading society. It gives insight into a person's actions and helps them develop good thinking techniques and generate new information. This paper tries to reflect on the reading habits of students in Bikaner City, Rajasthan and find out the trends in their reading habits. The purpose of the work is to find out the results of the widespread use of the Internet and other alternative multimedia resources on reading habits and to obtain a comprehensive overview of current reading habits

 Abstract

Elementary education is one of the most important factors to socio- economic development. Universalisation is key element to achieve accessibility as well as quality of education .This paper is an attempt to evaluate the achievements of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan in Jharkhand. This study mainly focuses on the universalisation of Elementary Education with the help of some selected indicators and these are literacy rate, Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER), dropout rate and school infrastructure facilities. The study reveals that all the indicators are showing positive trends except dropout rate which is showing both negative as well as positive trend. Overall, there is improvement in the quality of elementary education after implementation of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.

 Abstract

Abstract Entrepreneurship is essential to advancing both economic and social development by generating employment opportunities and meeting social demands. An increase in entrepreneurial activities can strengthen a nation's economic foundation. The Indian government has launched several initiatives to encourage and support entrepreneurship in the past decade. The fact that 65.12 percent of the 80,50,819 businesses owned by female entrepreneurs are in rural areas, as opposed to 34.88% in urban areas, which indicates that women are notably more common in rural areas. In January 2003, the Government of India gave Himachal Pradesh an industrial package of incentives that significantly accelerated the state's industrialization and changed the state's economic landscape. However, there are difficulties, especially for the rural women in the Himalayan region, due to various socio-economic, demographic, and other factors. Therefore, this study is an effort to investigate various challenges rural women entrepreneurs face in Himachal Pradesh, India. Additionally, it highlights the remarkable actions taken by the rural Indian women entrepreneurs in Himachal Pradesh to transform challenges into opportunities. It would also reveal how their business ventures have given them more significant influence and improved their standing in the community.

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered an economic downturn comparable to the 2007-2009 Global Financial Crisis, challenging the resilience of global financial markets. This study explores the factors that enabled financial markets to recover despite significant disruptions. It identifies key resilience drivers, such as advancements in trading technologies, rapid government interventions, and shifts in investor behavior. Analyzing market volatility, liquidity, and investor behavior from 2020 to 2021, the paper concludes with recommendations to bolster future market resilience, including a comparative analysis of the pandemic's initial and subsequent waves.

 Abstract

Micro finance is a type of baking service, which provides the small business loan to unemployed or low income individuals or groups who have no other source to access financial services. Much micro finance institution focus on helping women in particular. One of such leading financial institutions is Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP). SKDRDP plays very important role in motivating women to join SHGs and contribute for the upliftment of women by providing technical guidance, training, financial support etc. SHGs are self managed groups of poor which primarily came into existence to mobilize the financial recourses through their own savings and lend the same against themselves to meet the credit needs of their members. This paper analyses the role of SKDRDP in women empowerment through micro finance.

In today's fast-paced industrial environment, maintenance has become an important aspect to ensure equipment reliability and optimize production processes. This paper proposes a new maintenance prediction system based on data mining technology, using Data mining and machine learning algorithms to predict equipment failures and reduce downtime. By integrating historical maintenance data, real-time sensor readings and expert knowledge, our systems can identify patterns and anomalies to predict potential failures. We use [insert metric/dataset] to evaluate the performance of the system and demonstrate its effectiveness in improving maintenance schedules, reducing costs and increasing overall equipment efficiency. The proposed system provides a scalable and adaptable solution for industries seeking to adopt data-driven maintenance strategies.

 Abstract

Beauty transcends worldly desires and the deepest of suffering was proven to the world by Keats. Creativity was the focal point of his poems and imagination was his weapon. The theme of it poem is to arrest beauty which is done by the permanence of art. Beauty was ideal and an essential part of his life. It evoked goodness which in turn gave eternal beauty in poetry. He was not satisfied with the mere praising of beauty but he wished to attain the greatest perfection in it. Beauty to him sharpened the senses and widened the unimaginable horizons in life. With the knowledge of beauty one can liberate the sensuous passions and gain the depths of intellectual magniloquence and the pinnacle of spiritual ecstasy. His committed to the absoluteness of the truth and beauty in poetry was obvious, but he was metaphysically remained neutral. Finding pleasure in beauty and truth was his astounding nature. The paper deals with the philosophical revelation of beauty, truth and goodness that is portrayed in John Keats's Ode on a Grecian Urn.
