The effectiveness of the rape laws has been called into question by recent incidents like the one that occurred in Kolkata. Do the laws work to change, or do they offer a dangerous haven for gradually sophisticated misconduct? The research explores whether the existing legal framework has two sides, offering protection and revealing fresh weaknesses simultaneously. The study investigates whether India's rape laws constitute an advancement in the administration of justice or whether they unintentionally backfire and have unexpected repercussions through a thorough examination of legislative reforms. When considering the recent occurrence that occurred in Kolkata, the following questions come to mind: Would changing India's rape laws result in more justice or more crime? Are India's laws a shelter for victims or a haven for criminal activity? Does the Rape Legislation Advance Criminal Strategy or Backfire? Are India's laws against rape a Double-Edged Sword, Protecting Against Danger?

Women are undisputedly underrepresented in the Police force across India. The numbers are skewed at the entry level as well also at officer level. According to India Justice report, 2019, Madhya Pradesh Police had only 4.4% women in the Police force in the year 2017 which is way below the current national average of about 11%. Utilising a comprehensive analysis of demographic data of the current ratio of male and female in Stations within Gwalior city this study highlights significant underrepresentation of women in Police. It examines the social, and institutional factors contributing to this imbalance and evaluates the consequences on women working in this male dominated profession. By addressing these issues, the study aims to contribute to a more equitable and effective law enforcement system. The paper investigates the Police force of Gwalior city which has 21 Police stations within its jurisdiction. The low representation of women in the police force can be attributed to several interrelated factors like cultural and societal norms where in traditional gender roles and societal expectations often discourage women from pursuing careers in law enforcement, persistent gender biases within police institutions also create an unwelcoming environment for women, lack of female-friendly policies to support women in policing, such as child care, and work-life balance measures can deter women from entering or staying in the profession, women may also face specific safety concerns, including harassment, lack of adequate provisions can impact their decision to join or continue working in the police force, work environment and culture within the male-dominated profession is challenging for women, with potential issues including exclusion, bias, and a lack of mentorship and support networks. The paper also discusses the requirement of a comprehensive approach, including policy reforms, supportive measures for women, and efforts to change societal attitudes toward women in law enforcement agency if gender gap has to be bridged in the Police force.

The base of finance has been studied or derived from the classical theories given by many writers, one of them being Scottish economist Adam Smith. Traditional finance related to human beings who could appropriately access the market conditions and took logical decisions regarding their investments and the risk associated with it. On an average, markets were considered efficient and unbiased. On the other hand, logic and reason is absent in case of behavioural finance. People are ruled by their beliefs, emotions, instincts and pre suppositions regarding the investment decisions. In this paper, we will basically focus on the factors that have led to a change from traditional finance to behavioural finance, also a comparative study on both the concepts and also the benefits and disadvantages of twin study. The findings of the study indicate that many variables such as heuristics, biases (representative bias, availability bias & investment bias), overconfidence, locus of control and various other variables have deeply affected the investment behaviour of individuals and firms. Hence the investor must rationally and wisely proceed for all such investment decisions.

This study investigates the relationship between marital satisfaction and the frequency of meetings prior to marriage, utilizing the Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) to quantify satisfaction levels. A sample of 50 couples, all reporting high levels of marital satisfaction, participated in an online survey designed to assess their experiences before and after marriage. The survey included questions addressing pre-marital meeting frequency, overall relationship satisfaction, and specific dimensions of marital quality. Findings indicate that couples who met frequently before marriage scored an average RAS score of 23, suggesting a high level of relational contentment. The analysis reveals a strong positive correlation between pre-marital meeting frequency and post-marital satisfaction, highlighting that couples with more frequent interactions reported greater emotional support, effective communication, and lower levels of conflict. These results support the hypothesis that frequent meetings prior to marriage significantly contribute to enhanced marital satisfaction. The study underscores the importance of pre-marital interactions as a vital component in building a successful and satisfying partnership. Future research may explore the qualitative aspects of these interactions to further understand their impact on marital dynamics.

The Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) using Arduino project aims to enhance electrical system efficiency by maintaining a near-unity power factor. Power factor is crucial for optimizing energy usage and reducing wastage in electrical networks. The system employs an Arduino microcontroller to continuously monitor the power factor and, based on real-time measurements, automatically controls power factor correction capacitors. Through precise control, the Arduino adjusts the capacitors to ensure the power factor remains close to unity, thereby minimizing reactive power and enhancing overall system performance. This project contributes to energy conservation and cost reduction in industrial and commercial settings by intelligently managing reactive power, aligning it with the real power demand. The integration of Arduino technology provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for power factor correction, promoting sustainability and resource efficiency in electrical systems.
