The IOT hues a premonition of a world where all gadgets are between associated and unendingly keep on sharing our most viable data with each other. This data, thus empowers these items to convey indemonstrated usefulness and proficiency to its clients, by extraordinarily altering the gadgets in light of their prerequisites. How-ever, there are grave dangers associated with this sort of a world where the gadgets interminably share clients information among each other. With this exponential ascent in the generation and us-period of IoT gadgets, one of the greatest worry that this tech fixated society faces is security. With more of our family unit apparatuses and things being associated with the web, these offices makes these gadgets defenseless against assaults. Ordinary items equipped for interfacing with the web are coming into the market and with them, they bring considerably higher security concerns. Web of Things which is increasing more footing each day will soon be synonymous with human presence, however its limits are not yet settled nor is it secure[13]. There win plenitude of security challenges with the present models and the advancements which make the foundation of the Internet of Things. Security ruptures won't just influence organizations yet buyers too and in this manner the difficulties are monstrous. The paper centers around directing an efficient writing survey to discover security challenges looked in IoT and to give a prospective security structure to alleviate the possibly dangerous relationship with IoT.

There are so many techniques for text- independent speaker recognition. However this text-independent speaker recognition is very difficult because the recognition is performed irrespective of what one he is saying. In this work to extract features of speech signal, Linear Prediction Coefficients (LPC) and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) are used. The extracted features are matched using GMM using Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm and RBF using Gradient Descent Algorithm. The two systems are compared with the performance and execution time.

Odisha's history tells that the state was one of the most economically and prosperous regions in the country. Huge water resources, forests, rainfall and adequate labour had been key factors for achieving growth for agriculture development. In the state, majority of the total population is living in rural areas where agriculture is considered as the mainstay of the people. Eight out of ten people living in rural areas in the state rely primarily on the agriculture and allied sectors of the economy. Odisha agriculture is highly concentrated in low productive and high water consuming paddy cultivation with little diversification towards pulses, oilseeds and other high value crops (HVCs): included sugarcane, fruits and vegetables etc., which fetch higher net returns. There is a need for increase in area under certified seed, irrigation and other productivity enhancing inputs to increase farmers' income in all crops. This study specifically analyses if there is any relationship between Agricultural productivity with special reference to paddy and the Gross domestic product of Odisha. And it is found that there is no significant relationship exists between these variables.

Economic empowerment of women depends on their long-term engagement in economic activities. Two arguments support this concept. One, majority of the poor in the world including India is women. Two, empowering women will transform the entire household and not the person concerned alone. Among the various measures targeted towards women empowerment, the provision of Micro finance through Self Help Groups assumes vital importance across nations. Money is strength, therefore women should find appropriate employment to support themselves and lead life contributing to the economic status of her family as well as the nation. An attempt has been made in present paper to study the role of Self-Help-Groups (SHGs) in economic empowerment of women. This paper is primarily based on primary data collected from Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. The findings of the data analysis revealed that micro finance through SHGs have created a positive impact for its beneficiaries. Participation in self help groups has a positive impact on the income, savings, and assets position of the participants.

During Last Few Decades, The Natural Fibre Based Composites Are Replacing Synthetic Fibre Based Composites In Most Of The Applications. The Most Important Reasons For It Are Their Low-Cost, Ease Of Processing, Satisfactory Strength, Durability, Crack Propagation Resistance, Resistance To Impact Loading, Etc. Natural Fibres Are Being Used In Most Of The Commercial Applications Such As Automotive Industries, Household Applications, Etc. Nowadays Hybrid Composites Based On Natural Fibres Are Getting Attention. Shortcomings Of One Fibre Can Be Reduced By Adding Other Suitable Fibre. When Two Fibres Are Mixed Then, It Provides Some Certain Advantage Over The Use Of Single Natural Fibre. The Main Aim Of Using Different Natural Fibre Is To Get Eco-Friendly Materials In Automotive And Construction Sectors. The Present Work Surveys Crafted By Different Scientists On Mechanical Properties Of Regular Fibre Based Hybrid Composites.

The investigation study was done to improve the soil properties by using waste material, which is responsible for poisonous environment. In the study, waste products like Calcium Carbide Residue (CCR) a by-product of acetylene gas factories and Fly Ash (FA) produced from thermal plant were added in a weak soil sample in varying ratios. California bearing ratio (CBR) and Unconfined compression test (UCS) test values increased with increase in dose of Fly Ash up to 20% and afterward it decreased. Therefore, optimum dose of FA was taken as 20%. CBR and UCS values were further improved by blending CCR in a mix of soil and 20% FA. The CBR and UCS value increased by adding 20% Fly Ash and 7% Calcium Carbide Residue (CCR) by weight of soil and was defined as an optimum dose.

The introduction of Financial Sector Reforms gave a breakthrough in the operation of the Indian banking industry. Globalization and privatization led policies compelled the banking sector to reform and adjust to have a competitive edge to cope with multinationals led environment. The implications of the said transformations have affected the social, economic and psychological domains of the bank employees and their relations. Due to the continuous work pressure, the employees get gradually emotionally depleted and missing the motivation and commitment. This results in job dissatisfaction. The present paper attempted to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout in select private sector bank employees in Coimbatore district. Employees are the important assets determining the success of any organisation due to the level of pressures. With the increasing competition, the organizations attempt to exploit their potential to their maximum which elevates the stress level leading to more burnout, particularly high among private sector bank employees.. However, the continuous pressure on job results in the job dissatisfaction, or frustration, job stress and ultimately job burnout. Hence, it becomes pertinent to analyse what is the level of job burnout among employees and whether there is any significant impact on job satisfaction on employees of the select private sector banks. The objectives are to examine the impact of job burnout on job satisfaction among employees working in select private sector banks and to analyze the improvement needed to elevate the employees personal wellbeing. The study is exploratory in nature and depends upon primary data. Multistage sampling procedure was adopted to collect the data from the select banks located in and around Coimbatore District of Tamil Nadu. Based on stratification taking into consideration the designation of the respondents in each branch viz. Administrative Executives, Marketing Executives and Executive was uniformly selected using Stratified Proportionate Random Sampling Technique. The total samples identified among the private sector banks were 75 employees. Statistical tools used are Simple Percentage method, Correlation, Regression and Garrett Ranking Method. This paper concludes that personal burnout is found to have high significant impact on job satisfaction which shows means the private sector banks need to safeguard their employees making them physically enthusiastic, emotionally high by making them physically strong and healthy which also can help them achieve work life balance and personal wellbeing.
