This paper presents a novel traffic classification scheme to improve classification performance when few training data are available. In the proposed scheme, traffic flows aredescribed using the discredited statistical features and flow correlation information is modeled by bag-of-flow (BoF). We solve the BoF-based traffic classification in a classifier combination framework and theoretically analyze the performance benefit. Furthermore, a new BoF-based traffic classification method is proposed to aggregate the naive Bayes (NB) predictions of the correlated flows. We also present an analysis on prediction error sensitivity of the aggregation strategies. Finally, a large number of experiments are carried out on two large-scale real-world trafficdatasets to evaluate the proposed scheme. The experimentalresults show that the proposed scheme can achieve much betterclassification performance than existing state-of-the-art trafficclassification methods. It is useful to tackle a number of network security problems including lawful interception and intrusion detection. In addition, traffic classification also plays an important role in modern network management, such as quality of service (QoS) control. While traditional traffic classification techniques may rely on the port numbers specified by different applications or the signature strings in the payload of IP packets, modern techniques normally utilize host/network behavior analysis or flow level statistical features by taking emerging and encrypted applications into account. Recently, substantial attention has been paid on the application of machine learning techniques to statistical features based traffic classification.

The future demand device- to-device (D2D) cellular services is satisfied by the heterogeneous 5G communication. In cellular network on mobile Internet related services has increased the need for higher bandwidth by the demand. However multi-tier 5G in power allocation among secondary transmitter that maintain quality of services (QoS). In this paper, we can used a non- cooperative methodology with by focused on the power allocation problem in the multi-tier 5G network. Therefore, we propose energy efficiency consideration in the 5G system for power allocation on online learning scheme, where power allocation approach can be used transmitter hypothesis for without information exchange. The concurrence of achieve in system energy efficiency by proved the proposed scheme and the numerical results determine the capacity and fast convergence with QoS guarantee.

Agriculture engineers are responsible for the recognition of plant diseases, intelligent systems can be used for their diagnosis in early stages. The expert systems that have been proposed in the literature for this purpose, are often based on facts described by the user or image processing of plant photos in visible, infrared, light etc. The recognition of a disease can often be based on symptoms like lesions or spots in various parts of a plant. The color, area and the number of these spots can determine to a great extent the disease that has mortified a plant.. A Android Phone application is described here capable of recognizing diseases through photos of the leaves with an accuracy higher than 90%. This application can easily be extended for different plant diseases and different smart phone platforms.

In real world, data security working an important role where confidentiality, authentication, integrity, non repudiation are given importance. The universal technique for providing confidentiality of transmitted data is cryptography. This paper provides a technique to encrypt the data using a key involving Armstrong numbers and colors as the password. Three set of keys are used to provide secure data transmission with the colors acting as vital security element thereby providing authentication. In the present world scenario it is difficult to transmit data from one place to another with security. This is because hackers are becoming more powerful nowadays. To ensure secured data transmission there are several techniques being followed. One among them is cryptography which is the practice and study of hiding information. Encryption and decryption require the use of some secret information, usually referred to as a key. The data to be encrypted is called as plain text. The encrypted data obtained as a result of encryption process is called as cipher text. Depending on the encryption mechanism used, the same key might be used for both encryption and decryption, while for other mechanisms, the keys used for encryption and decryption might be different.

: Every year there is an increase in the growth of the population in India drastically, which leads to increase in usage of road transportations. The main aim of the project is to ensure the safety of the vehicle and reliable road transportation. The problem which is addressed in this paper is related to overloading in vehicles that is, the Vehicles is Overloaded in order to make profit by the owners. As per law overloading is illegal. So, to avoid overloading on vehicle an experimental setup was done which helps to identify the overloading in vehicles. The experimental setup consists of a model (like leaf spring), accelerometer sensor, microcontroller, alarm buzzer. The overloaded vehicle will be countered by the system equipped in the vehicle which gives warning to the driver and the initial motion of the vehicle will be arrested to enhance the safety of the vehicle.
