Cardiac glycosides are found in large quantities in alcoholic extraction of curry leaves. Identification tests and Isolations methods of the cardiac glycoside was done by chemical method. Quantification and identification of cardiac glycoside using various types of chromatography like Thin layer chromatography (TLC), liquid Chromatography-Mass spectrometry (LCMS).
