The buyer is not followed up with the detailing of the delay. The survey of the buying house has been done in the office, with the help of the suppliers in the factory. The major task of getting, it is through which the duration of the periodic time of work during production of the order approval from the buyer, must be initially updated, to the supplier for the placement of order to make an adequate process chart of availability of materials sourcing, consumption, and position of the product based on the necessary requirements based on the buyers choice. The study includes of what, why and how often it is occurring. The buying house office must create solutions with the experience for such situation. If the buying house makes the solution for more complicated process, it will drop the orders as per the buyers decision, which will create loss in order and loss in profit for the company. The terms for the dissertation work are: ? To analyse and study the process of the work in the Loyal International Sourcing Pvt. Ltd, buying house office. ? To understand the buyers product, as per the requirement. ? To check the updates between the buyer to the suppliers term of process through work ? To check the target possibilities to reach the buyer demand. ? To research on the production duration time period. ? To make the solution to reach the product in the agreed duration for the buyer. The analysing the buyers, suppliers and the office, gives the most important knowledge about the successful type of business. The buyers, asks to assist them to speed up delivery from their suppliers. To solve this issue, first we need to understand what really caused the delay.

Despite Kenya having endorsed Safe Schools Declaration (2015) with a commitment to safeguard education in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions in respect of the learners, teachers, facilities and infrastructure amidst armed conflict. Notably, there are experiences of violent extremist attacks targeted at educational establishments, indicating a realization shortfall. In this regard, Safe Schools Declaration (2015) intends to have a continuation of effective education amidst recognized armed conflict such as the activities of violent extremists in North Eastern Kenya. However, in the recent past, there have been continued attacks against educational establishments leading to stakeholder fear, abduction, injury, and death, besides destruction of vital educational property. So far the government has promised to increase security efforts in the affected areas, but still, there, seem to be some leakage as time and again there are reports of violent extremist attacks, reportedly targeting non-local stakeholders, particularly the teachers. This has borne negative consequences such as non-local teacher reaction by desertion, absconding duty, and seeking transfer to safer areas, earlier on within North Eastern counties, but lately outside the region. In line with this, there have been some severe violent extremist attacks leading to the deaths of 32 non-local teachers in the period 2015 to 2020 hence the national teacher employer, Teachers Service Commission (TSC), decided to transfer all non-local teachers from this area to safer regions in the country, outside North Eastern Kenya. This teacher transfer event has further worsened teacher shortage which, for Kenya as a whole has been a national challenge, crippling curriculum implementation activities towards 2020 end year national primary and secondary school examinations for children. Given the consideration that the right to life supersedes the right to education, this paper gives an overview of the educational survival position in North Eastern Kenya against the background of Kenya having endorsed Safe Schools Declaration (2015).

Abstract- Deviations in diversity with several diversity indices of freshwater snails Bellamya bengalensis, Mellanoides uberculata and Lymanea acuminata from Dedargaon reservoir in Dhule district were studied in summer, monsoon and winter seasons of the year. It was perceived that the diversity- density ( in the form of Shannon- Wiener index, Simpsons index and Pielous index ) of the three snails species were highest in summer, lowest in monsoon and intermediate in winter. The population density of Bellamya bengalensis, was 13, 08 and 10 o/m2 in summer, monsoon and winter season respectively. In Mellanoides uberculata, population density was found 09, 05 and 07 o/m2 of snail species while in Lymanea acuminata, it was 06, 04 and 05 o/m2 in summer, monsoon and winter season espectively. The values of Shannon- Wiener diversity index at Dedargaon reservoir were 1.0511, 1.0551 and 1.0595 during summer, monsoon and winter season respectively. The values of Simpsons index of diversity at Dedargaon reservoir were 0.6587, 0.6764 and 0.6709 during summer, monsoon and winter season respectively. The species richness at Dedargaon reservoir was 03. The values of Pielous index of evenness at Dedargaon reservoir were 0.9567, 0.9452 and 0.9604 during summer, monsoon and winter season respectively. A higher count of gastropods recorded during summer may be due to the effect of reproduction, presence of vegetation in the shallow depth, water quality, decaying vegetation, increased levels of organic matter in the sediment and higher abundance of bacteria in the water abundance of decomposers settled organic matter and macrophytes on the bottom of water body and, increased water temperature, activating the process of decomposition of these organic sediments.

Nursing, a profession that is globally dominated by women, encompasses the promotion of health, prevention of illness, care of physically ill, mentally ill, and disabled people of all ages, in all health care and other community settings. Very few Indian studies have concentrated on this aspect of the nursing profession. The main aim of this study is to probe the prevalence of Work-Related Musculoskeletal Discomfort among nurses. Based on primary data, a systematic exploratory study was conducted. Results revealed that the nurses experience pain in at least one part of their body over the past 12 months. Chi-Square analysis revealed Lower Back, Forearm (right), Wrist (Right), Thigh (right) and Lower Leg (Right and Left) as the significantly affected pain areas (p<0.05). The most stressful patient-handling tasks are reported as bathing patients in bed, transporting patient off unit, transferring the patient from bed to toilet, helping patient sit up and lifting patient from floor (p<0.05). As an outcome of the study that was conducted, it was suggested that Education, Awareness and Training programs on prevention and coping strategies for Musculoskeletal disorders should be made mandatory for all healthcare professionals. This will be of prime importance to ensure their good health and also to promote ef?ciency in patient care.

The heed administered to the patients depends on feasibility and utilization of medical equipment. The quality of care rests on proper conservation and employment of medical equipment. The intention of the study is to calculate utilization rate of medical equipment and escalating competence over defeating the factors which influence the utilization of equipment in Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). Observational study was conducted at one of the leading hospitals in south zone of Tamilnadu in the year of 2020. All the equipment in Surgical Intensive Care Unit have Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) & Contractual Maintenance Contract (CMC). One by fourth of the equipment in SICU is underutilized. Medical equipment utilization paves the way to attain maximal return on wealth invested. Each and every equipment present in healthcare institutions has on urge to be entirely and properly utilized followed by periodical Preventive Maintenance periodically. In this paper, it is evident that, overall progress of heed was favorable, at the same time, there were few grey areas of negligible utilization of resources.
