The majority of the worlds population is able bodied. Yet, there are individuals who are not able to do their routine work without assistance. This inability to lead a normal and independent life puts them under the category called the disabled. A person may be disabled from birth or due to any incident, medical or non-medical, that may occur during her/his lifetime. Since time immemorial a person with a disability has undergone not only medical violations but also human rights violations. With the onset of the human rights movements, the disability rights movement in India too developed. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has paved way for the Indian Disability Laws. Intellectual Disability is the worst affected and because of their inability to comprehend complex concepts they depend solely on the decisions of their parents/guardians. Efforts to implement the Disability Laws for the quality of life for the disabled in India

Construction is an essential part of any countrys infrastructure and industrial development. The Indian construction sector is an integral part of the economy and a conduit for a substantial part of Indias development investment. Forecasting working capital along with cash requirements is essential for all construction contractors during the tendering stage since cash flow at the beginning of the project is a major cause of construction companies failure. In the contracting business, construction firms are generally more concerned with short-term financial strategies than long-term ones. Working capital management is the central issue of all short-term financial concerns. For a successful working of a business, organization fixed and, current assets play a vital role as an organization generally invests in these options. The management of operating capital is indispensable as it might induce a direct impact on profitability and liquidity. The aim of the study is to articulate the implication of working capital management in the construction sector and its growth rate in both global and Indian perspectives.

The study of conflicts in the post World War II era has focused more on intra-state conflicts as there has been a significant decrease in terms of inter-state wars in the world. It is in this context that concepts of conflict transformation have been used to examine conflicts. The emergence of civil wars, insurgency, and other forms of inter-state conflicts has gathered interest in terms of solving these problems. North east India has been a region that has been beset with conflict since its integration with the Indian union and ever since the region has witnessed conflict that have been categorized as low intensity conflicts by scholars and researchers who have examined conflict in the region. In this article, an examination of the conflict in north east India is made to provide a clear understanding on the current trends in the region. It also argues that the conflict in the region is waning weak and thereby there is a possibility that conflict in the region might soon be solved. The article clearly puts forward that the conflict which had secessionism and separatism in its early day now seem to be moving towards establishing peace as there is a lack of leadership that is growing within various insurgent groups in the region. Thus the articles posits that conflict in the region is waning weak.

Technology has come a long way with rapid advancements on the Internet, IoT (Internet of Things), and other such connecting Technologies. Currently, scientists and experts alike, are facing many issues to prevent cyber-attacks and data breaches. Corporate enterprises and individuals are more connected than ever before, thus leading to high amounts of network traffic. As a result, detecting and preventing security attacks is getting more and more difficult to be handled by us humans alone. Hence, Artificially Intelligent Software models could be developed to defend against such cyber-attacks and therefore, can also improve cybersecurity using such strategies. This paper discusses the implementations and some plausible areas where AI can be implemented in the field of Cybersecurity.

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is an education system recently introduced by CBSE, sees its main aim in the overall evaluation of the learners. It was formulated to do away with the exam-centric approach rampant in our evaluation system. The focus of the teaching-learning experience was aimed to gradually manoeuvre from merely being a means to perform well in examinations, to bring a platform of learning. With holistic learning being seen as real education, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) aimed to bring the focus on developing all aspects of an individuals personality. The cognitive, effective and psychomotor skills of learners, through recognized as vital aspects of learning, had somewhere evaded the exam-oriented education system. This evaluation system will allow the learners to enjoy their schooling and learning in a stress-free environment. Hence, the investigator thought that it would be desirable to study CCE to wipe out rote learning. Because it has more impact on our evaluation system.

Muscle strength assessment is important aspect for physical fitness. Manual muscle testing with Digital Dynamometer is commonly used method for assessment of muscle strength. There is lack of Evidence which describes relation of antagonist flexibility and strength of agonist muscle during Evaluation procedure. So, this study was conducted with an objective of measuring Quadriceps strength with respect to length of Hamstrings muscle. Strength of Quadriceps and Hamstrings muscle was measured with Digital Dynamometer on 80 subjects, before and after giving stretching of Hamstrings. Flexibility was measured with Sit-n-Reach box. Paired t-test was applied to analyse the data. Significant difference (P<0.05) was found in strength of Quadriceps muscle after stretching of Hamstrings. Stretching of Hamstrings muscle should be incorporated prior to the evaluation of strength of Quadriceps muscle.
