This paper provides a critical examination of the dynamics between secularism and communalism within the framework of Indian politics. Drawing on historical perspectives, constitutional provisions, and empirical data, it analyses the evolution of secular values, the impact of communal tensions, and the roles of various stakeholders in shaping political narratives. It explores challenges in upholding secular ideals, electoral influences, socio-economic ramifications, and the contributions of civil society, media, and political entities. The paper highlights the complexities in implementing constitutional safeguards and emphasizes the imperative for fostering inclusive policies and interfaith dialogues to mitigate communal divisions. Addressing these challenges requires concerted efforts toward strengthening institutional frameworks, countering divisive narratives, and promoting socio-economic parity among communities. The conclusion underscores the need for collaborative endeavours to uphold secular values and foster a more cohesive and inclusive society in India.

The focus of this paper was to analyze the role of IoT and monitoring systems in the automobile industry. The automobile industry is growing at a faster rate as the world population and demand for vehicles increases. The trend of IoT in automobiles is increasing every day due to the proliferation of automatic vehicles. This will cause many changes in the automobile industry as many customers look at improving their interactivity with their vehicles [1]. Modern industry is embracing the use of computer chips and sophisticated sensors to control how vehicles operate in various environments. The mass interconnectedness of many functionalities in vehicles is now a common phenomenon in car manufacturing. This will continue to advance as the demand for more efficient vehicles increases [2]. Automotive IoT incorporates many devices in their systems to optimize the functionality of their products. Most of these interconnected devices are complex and collect large volumes of data that will be processed in real-time. Common devices that form the automotive IoT include sensors, GPS trackers, and cameras. The main role of incorporating IoT in automobiles is to optimize the manufacturing process while also making transport manageable and more efficient. It also makes automobiles more intelligent when moving from one point to another. The advanced IoT features are effective in-vehicle interaction, predictive maintenance, road safety, enhanced quality control, and minimized human errors [2].

Abstract Neisseria meningitidis is an obligate, gram-negative, human commensal that is spread from person to person by droplet infection. This bacteria colonises the nasopharyngeal mucosa of human and in due course resulted in bacteremia and finally fatal sepsis. Most of the metabolic enzymes that are involved in various biochemical cycles are found to have many secondary functions such as adhesions, regulators of transcription etc. GAPDH is a glycolytic enzyme which is mainly located in the cytoplasm. In addition to its primary metabolic function, it is observed that GAPDH is present on the surface of several microbial pathogens and invasion of host tissues. Since no structural models are available for GAPDH of N. meningitidis, the present study was performed to explore its structural characteristics. It was recorded that the selected protein GAPDH of N.meningitidis was cytoplasmic, stable and with secondary structural elements such as helix and coils, Ramachandran plot showed that it has 92% of aminoacids in the favourable region. The modeled 3D structure of the query protein was refined and validated for its structural features with Q mean, PROCHECK, ERRAT, and PROTSAV servers. The scores given by all these servers were consistent with the fact that the 3D model predicted had good overall quality. Protein function prediction analysis (PFP) showed that the query protein C6S993 has enzymatic role in glycolysis. Binding site analysis revealed that the protein GAPDH of N.meningitidis has binding sites for NAD. The structural model computed in the present study could be used for a comprehensive understanding of the structural characteristics and moonlighting role of GAPDH of N.meningitidis. Details regarding whether the primary and secondary functions are independent or related need further investigation. This study will pave the way for further systematic analysis towards the identification of targets and potential biomarkers to design specific targets

Skin problems are a basic in general clinical issue related with colossal number of individuals. With the speedy improvement of degrees of progress and the use of different information mining procedures of late, the movement of dermatological discerning arrangement has become logically smart and careful. Along these lines, movement of PC based insight systems, which can actually seclude dermatology infirmity gathering, is essential. The inspiration driving this work is to evaluate the introduction of PC put together insight systems with respect to skin problems check using Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression assessments. The exhibition of the appraisals is evaluated through after execution appraisals: exactness, accuracy and audit. The best result among two computations for as a rule rate was achieved by Logistic Regression model with a speed of 98.56%. This approach could improve and work with the procedure of portray the sort of skin torment in six outstanding classes. We show that the Logistic Regression performs best among others to the extent that precision.

Teachers must be prepared with a variety of information and abilities in order to create and sustain successful teaching environments that allow them to improve students' comprehension and learning. One component of teachers' professional knowledge is knowledge of students, which is defined as teachers' knowledge of what mathematical concepts are difficult for students to grasp, which concepts students typically have misconceptions about, possible sources of students' errors, and how to eliminate those difficulties and misconceptions. The study's goal was to look at the nature of preservice mathematics instructors' understanding of pupils. Six preservice teachers took part in the research, and data was gathered via observations, interviews, and written documentation. The results demonstrated that preservice instructors struggled to identify the root of their students' misunderstandings and mistakes, as well as to devise effective approaches to eradicate such misconceptions. They often failed to recognise what conceptual understanding the students lacked, and they tended to address students' failures by instructing them on how to carry out the method or apply the rule appropriately to answer the given issue. As a result, preservice teachers should be given opportunities to 1) take content-specific courses in which they can discuss fundamental high school mathematics concepts in depth in order to gain a solid understanding of how mathematical concepts are related and why mathematical rules and procedures work, and 2) analyse an act of teaching by watching videos of classrooms or discussing student work and classroom cases in order to determine how to address students' errors and shortcomings.
